A struggling young woman and a hypercompetent alien get stranded in space, and need to figure out how they can work together to get home despite their… cultural differences. Wiggle on over to https://archiveofourown.org/works/41618376 for the rest.
##Stop looking at these suggestions and just read the story
If you didn’t stop at the title, here’s some extra convincing: this could easily have been published as a standalone science fiction novel, yet here it is available for free on ROM. It includes, in no particular order:
- A gay, asexual trans girl with ADHD
- A gay, asexual plant with trauma
- A gay, probably-asexual robot with executive dysfunction
- A pair of gay, definitely NOT asexual lesbians in a relationship with a space dragon
- A fish of unknown sexuality
- Fully automated luxury gay space communism (whether your puny civilization wants it or not)
- Drama! Excitement! Intrigue! Flirtation!
Go read it already!
Jokes aside, though, this story isn’t really “smut” unless drug/medical play really gets you going - so I wouldn’t recommend it if your primary objective is to get your rocks off. Still, though, come back and read it later anyway, it’s worth it!
Lisa has deja vu during her first day at a sorority.
A great premise for a story! I won’t spoil, but the central gimmick is neat.
Anna wakes up to find everyone at her college has stopped wearing clothes. As the week progresses, people wear less and less, and act in more and more perverted ways. Will Anna and her friends hang on to their sanity, or will they too fall under this spell?
Casual / free use, unaware, well-written. It’s a trifecta (and still getting updates!) Highly recommend.
A superheroine discovers her hypnosis kink after a run-in with a supervillain, and finds out far more about herself and her enemy than she bargained for.
Drama! Action! Hot steamy lesbian sex! This story has it all. This will probably be made as a comic some day, so get in on the ground floor and say you read it before it was cool.
Marie and Aurelia are doing scientific experiments when something that should have been a routine procedure goes wrong on so many levels.
It’s just a simple and straightforward story. Nothing unusual about it. Nothing remarkable happens. Simple and straightforward.
