Old Enemy

Part 2
Marilyn's people had a long history of interacting with different species. Centuries before they had set eyes on Earth, they had ventured into other galaxies, exploring a myriad of strange environments beyond comprehension. The records of their interstellar feats were so vast they could fill up one hundred Great Libraries of Alexandria and while most of them had proven to be almost uneventful affairs, there were some events the powers that be had chosen to keep secret from most of the populace.
They were known as the Rinnidyans, intelligent parasitic-like organisms that thrived in their sulfuric homeworld but were also highly adaptive by nature. They could infect almost every living creature they came in contact with, altering their brain chemistry and bodily functions to serve their expansion purposes. Once they gained control of a host and began assimilating it from the inside out, removing them was almost impossible. They were dangerous and unpredictable beings that propagated like a virus and could doom an entire civilization in a matter of weeks. They had almost reached Marilyn’s home planet once. If the vessel they had commandeered hadn’t been nuked out of orbit, none of their kind would be around to tell the tale.
Marilyn remembered reading the classified intel before her first off-world mission. To be successful, she had to know all the potential threats, and the Rinnidyans were the most terrifying. The little blue planet in the solar system received alien visitations daily from touristic excursions to abduction procedures. They were always being monitored by The Council and yet this galactic scourge had still found a way in.
“How did they get here?” Marilyn thought as she continued to follow the odd couple with her curious gaze. She didn’t want to lose sight of them but didn’t want to be seen either. Just as she could recognize an infected individual, they could see past her holographic projection too. Reaching for her phone, she took a picture of the afflicted woman and her companion and rushed to the nearest bathroom to report the occurrence. Once inside the brightly lit room, she locked the door on the inside and activated her portable communication device, waiting impatiently for Councilwoman Wikktory to accept the call.
“Come on, hurry!” Marilyn hissed. “This is too important!”
After a long and agonizing minute, her hierarchical superior finally came online. She was wearing her usual disguise of Victoria Lansford, a sci-fi author whose imaginative creations continued to climb high on the best-sellers list. Her provocative red robe and naked feet suggested she was having a bit of erotic fun of her own when duty called, and she was not pleased.
“Mehrillhyne? Why are you contacting me? I thought you were on vacation.”
“I am, but something has come up. I have a situation here, one that could prove quite dangerous. I just saw a Rinnidyan and where there’s one...”
“What? That’s impossible! Nothing gets past our tracking network.”
“I know what I saw. I don’t know how but they’re here. The one I spotted has taken the body of a beautiful model. Judging by the markings on her skin, I’d say the infection is recent, two days tops.”
“Fuck! And you’re absolutely certain of this? Where are you?”
“In a nightclub in Nassau and yes, I’m sure. My senses wouldn’t trick me like that.”
“Okay,” the Councilwoman said, visibly nervous. “Did it see you?”
“No, but I got a picture of the host and the man she was with. We’re going to need an identification a.s.a.p.”
“We’re going to need more than that. I need to know how something like this eluded the grid. I’m requesting a full investigation on this matter right away.”
“Very well, but what are going to do about the creature in the meantime? I'd rather have some backup to handle it than do it solo.”
“You will get your back up, don’t worry. An Elite Team will be there first thing in the morning. Please send me the photo so I can initiate the identification procedure.”
“On it,” Marily replied, syncing her cell with the frequency of the alien communication device. The image was immediately sent to Councilwoman Wikktory who forwarded it to the intel team that was working out of Washington D.C. They would use their access to all government databases around the world, cross-referencing the information there with image recognition software of their own design. It was the most advanced surveillance mechanism in the Milky Way and one that had never failed them.
“Thank you, Mehrillhyne. I already asked the Council for an emergency meeting to approve these measures. Can you do something else for me until I have confirmation we’re good to go?”
“Sure. Let me guess... You want me to find out where the host is staying and if her company has already been compromised as well.”
“Yes, preferably without having your cover blown. We don’t want to spook it and have others be alerted of arrival. Can you do that for me?”
“Do I have a choice to say no?” Marylin sighed.
“No. I don't want to jeopardize your safety, but we must evaluate the situation. You’re right, the Rinnidyans never travel alone but, hopefully, the infection is still in the early stages. If containment isn't possible, we must be prepared for drastic measures.”
“You’d seriously bomb the island?”
“To prevent the alternative? Absolutely! Earthlings aren’t prepared to deal with such an invasive species and we can’t let the Rinnidyans destroy what we’ve accomplished here. If a pinpoint strike takes care of the situation, then I won’t hesitate.”
Marilyn nodded, sensing the resolve in the Councilwoman’s eyes. She had a history with them. In the saddest moment of her species’ existence, she was in the front row.
“You were there, right? You saw the cruiser explode...”
“Yes, I did. I wasn’t the one who pressed the button, but it almost feels like I did. Those were dark times, Mehrillhyne. Let’s hope we don’t have to repeat them in another corner of the universe.”
“Understood. I’ll try to locate the host but if I don’t find it, I’m returning to my quarters to wait for the Elite Team. I’m the greatest asset you have, remember?”
“How could I forget?” the Councilwoman smirked. “Very well. Try to get us the intel on the site but your safety remains the highest priority. Don't put yourself in a dangerous situation without a clear exit strategy.“
“I wouldn’t dream of it. We’ll talk again soon. Bye.”
Outside the bathroom, people were getting impatient. Marilyn had been there long enough and the commotion generated by that would make blending in the crowd once again quite difficult if she wasn’t careful. She unlocked the door and activated a special parameter in her holographic projection. It was an additional perception filter akin to an invisibility cloak that allowed for the light to pass through her instead of bouncing off the surface. Unlike the baseline filters she used, this technology wasn’t perfect and the chances of malfunctioning increased exponentially the more people were around. However, she only needed it long enough to exit the bathroom and reappear by the bar counter where she had last seen the Rinnidyan invader. Marilyn slipped unnoticed among the energetic partygoers and deactivated the filter. As she did so, she began scanning the room again looking for any traces of the infected woman and her companion but found none.
“Now, where did you go?” she muttered.
Like any other elite nightclub, Afterglow had a VIP section in the back. A metal door at the top of winding stairs was guarded by three burly individuals dressed in black. They were intimidating and menacing, only allowing those with clearance to approach. If the Rinnidyan was still on the premises, that was the most likely location to be in but there was a problem.
The VIP section was a relatively confined space. Despite all the commodities inside, only a handful of people were allowed in at the same time. The element of surprise would be lost once Marilyn walked in, despite the perception filter. The best course of action was to wait, hoping for a sneak peek when the doors opened again.
She got herself another drink, this time a passion fruit Martini, and leaned against a neon railing, watching every movement happening around her. It was both exciting and exhausting. Humans’ ability to feel passion and live through it never ceased to amaze her. Their emotions were an endless source of surprises but also made them vulnerable to covert and overt forms of manipulation, especially when there were hidden kinks and unspoken fantasies involved. Marilyn saw their hidden desires, including strapons, kidnapping fantasies, and public humiliation. Innocence was often a façade whose veneer could crack at any moment and she had enjoyed reducing many men and women to their primal states and was looking forward to doing it again when she returned to her hotel room.
Ten minutes went by, then twenty and thirty, and the VIP section doors remained closed. More and more people were pouring into the club to the point where it was becoming a safety hazard. Marilyn paid for her drinks and left before the mess became out of control.
It was a cool and beautiful night outside with thousands of stars sprinkled across the cloudless sky. Her home planet wasn’t among them, too far out to be seen through the naked eye but she knew exactly where it was and though she didn’t miss it, she was glad it was still around.
Marilyn stood silently outside Afterglow for about a minute, composed herself, and started walking back to her quarters. However, a casual glance backward changed her plans. The host and the man she was with had just left the club too and were walking toward a limousine parked on the other side of the street. She hailed a taxi driving by and offered the driver a hefty sum of money to “follow that car discretely, no questions asked.” The man behind the wheel, a late-forties resident who thought things like that only happened in the movies, looked at her long legs and nodded approvingly. That one ride alone was about to cover a month’s worth of expenses.
The ride lasted about fifteen minutes and ended outside The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort on Paradise Island. Set on a five-mile stretch of pristine, white-sand beach, the luxury accommodations were an absolute delight for anyone looking to spend a good time in the region. Marilyn registered the moment the Rinnidyan exited the back of the limo with her companion in tow, a faint green glow already visible on his fingers. The infection had already begun and it wouldn’t take long for the man’s mind to be under the influence.
“I’ve seen enough,” Marilyn declared. “Take me back to my hotel, please. If you can make it there in less than twenty minutes, I’ll double your tip.”
“As you wish, Miss,” the taxi driver rubbed his hands gleefully. Generous tourists were a thing but this Nubian Goddess was on a different level. “And if you need a personal chauffeur while you’re in the city, I’m your man.”
“I don’t think that will be necessary,” she replied, for there was a good chance Nassau as everyone knew it wouldn’t be around for much longer. Marilyn sighed and almost dozed off on her way back home, her vacations already ruined. Among all the things that could have gone wrong after leaving the US, this was the worst.
Marilyn said her goodbyes to the all-too-friendly taxi driver and entered her hotel. It was a little past midnight and only a few guests were wandering around the foyer. She rode a lonely elevator back to her suite not before sending the info she had gathered to Councilwoman Wikktory. She hoped the emergency meeting had already produced satisfactory results, but there was no way of knowing for sure. She was tired, grumpy, and eager to lash out her innermost frustrations on poor old Richard. She quickened her pace after exiting the elevator and found a new surprise waiting for her.
Someone else was in her room beside the mesmerized servant. It was a woman in her mid-twenties with long black hair, bottle-green eyes, a regal nose, and a sweet yet mellifluous smile. She was wearing the hotel’s housekeeping uniform and her physical resemblance to the disguise the extraterrestrial had used when seducing the Penderton family was so uncanny that it was almost like staring into a reflection of a past life of hers. While it was not uncommon for cleaning services to be performed in the middle of the night to receive new guests early in the morning, it was obvious the service worker had entered the wrong room. The confusion in her eyes was tinged by lustful excitement as she wondered if the man cuffed to the bed was breathing or not.
Marilyn cleared her voice as she stood by the door and said,
“I don’t think you should be here.”
“Oh, forgive me,” the young woman turned around to meet her smoldering gaze. “I didn’t mean to... I...”
“Relax, dear,” the alien entity tapped the bedroom wall with her long nails. “I’m not mad, simply curious. Do you like what you see?”
“I...” the lovely brunette stammered. “I... I’m not sure. Is he alive?”
“Of course he is,” Marilyn chuckled. “It may not look like it but he’s drifting in pure ecstasy. I have that effect on people, you know?”
“Ecstasy...” she mumbled, the word melting on her crimson lips as if it were a forbidden fruit. “Do you mean drugs? Are you doing drugs in the room?”
“And if I were?” Marilyn crossed her arms and teased the young woman with the most disarming grin of all. “Would I be in a lot of trouble?”
“Yes, Miss. It’s against hotel policy to...”
Marilyn glided to her location right next to the nightstand and placed a seductive finger on her lips. “It’s also against hotel policy to enter a guest’s room unannounced, right?”
“Yes, you... You’re right. Forgive me. I’ll take my leave now.”
“Not so fast, sweetie,” Marilyn grabbed her right arm as the uninvited visitor was getting ready to make a run for the door. I need to make sure you’re not going to go around telling people a warped version of the events you’ve witnessed here. It’s important that you and I are on the same page. You understand, right?”
Sensing an underlying threat beneath Marilyn’s unnatural smile, the housekeeper nodded her head and said,
“I didn’t see a thing. Your secret is safe with me. May I please leave now?”
"You don't even know the secret," Marilyn said, rubbing her shoulder and palm. The enigmatic touch sent a ripple of pleasure down her spine. “You’re only seeing a piece of the puzzle. We’re not doing drugs. I am the drug.”
“What?”
“I said I have an ecstatic effect on people, didn’t I?” Marilyn continued to play with the almost imperceptible hairs on her slender fingers. “It’s easy to make them fascinated about me and once the thrill kicks in, it spreads like wildfire, consuming everything it touches. Richard here already knows what Bliss is. Wouldn’t you like to feel the same way?”
The brunette responded to her innuendo with a gasp and a subtle moan, both involuntary responses brought about by the sudden hormonal changes happening inside her. Marilyn’s touch was electrifying, a promise of unfettered sex. The alien pulled the housekeeper toward her, their breasts rubbing on one another, and making the confused human weak on her knees.
“I really need to go...” she tried to protest.
“And I insist you stay,” Marilyn declared. “What’s your name?”
“M-Madelyn. My name is Madelyn.”
Even the names were similar as if the Universe itself was blessing their unexpected union. Marilyn slid her right hand under the woman’s skirt and groped her ass cheeks.
“Madelyn, huh? Have you ever been with a woman, sweetie?”
“N-no.”
“You couldn’t have chosen a better one to start then.”
“I... I don’t remember choosing anything at all.” The human squirmed, and the alien could sense her heart racing inside her chest. “You’re the one trying to seduce me.”
“Trying?” Marilyn giggled and planted a wet kiss on her supple neck. Madelyn felt like the whole room was spinning, and her head was too heavy. “I call this succeeding, sweetheart.”
“You’re crazy...” she murmured. “Why are you doing this? What’s the point?”
“Pleasure is always the point, Madelyn. What’s life without it? Nothing worth remembering. Stay for a while and you’ll forget you ever wanted to leave.”
Marilyn undid her clothes and stood before her, her ebony breasts jiggling with every movement. The living holographic projection was flawless, a perfect combination of curves and delicate flesh, an erotic statue come to life. Madelyn bit her lips as her pussy got wet, and she felt her own nipples getting hard. The brunette couldn’t take her eyes away from the beautiful temptation, her gluttonous eyes drawn to the inviting shape of her hips and thighs. Her entire body was burning, and her skin was screaming for her touch.
“I...” the housekeeper hesitated, the heat inside her becoming unbearable. “No, this is wrong... the hotel’s policies...”
“Screw the policies.” Marilyn cupped her breasts and lifted them towards her face. “Do you want this or not? Tell me.”
“I...” Madelyn’s voice cracked. The lust was taking over her and her mind was getting lost in the throes of tumultuous lesbian passion. “I want...”
“Tell me what you want.” The alien pushed her towards the bed, forcing her to sit down. Richard, who until that moment, had remained perfectly static carrying out his Goddess’s instructions, was suddenly overwhelmed by the urge to do more than watch. He wanted a piece of the action too, his aching cock no longer capable of controlling itself. Marilyn pushed the young woman’s butt against the tip of his phallus and said,
“Tell me now. What do you want?”
“Your pussy,” the horny brunette confessed as she sat on Richard’s exploding penis. “I want your pussy.”
“Is that so? Well, in that case...” Marilyn straddled her face, and the eager human went straight for her perfect clit. The alien moaned and threw her head back, rapture consuming them all.
The end of the world could happen sooner than expected, but there was still enough time for one more temptation of the flesh. Marilyn closed her eyes and happily surrendered to it.
