The magical girl flashes a confident smirk at you as pink light builds up around her hands. "Heh, you think a dumb trick like that will work on me? Take this, villain! OPEN YOUR HEART! You can practically see the Heart Guardian's train of thought derail in her eyes as her pupils start to drift side to side: back, forth, back, forth, back, forth, more and more in time with the movement of the watch with every swing.

 

"Why....can't I aim...I don't... how..." Her body starts to sway as her struggling arms lower to their sides, the magical light around them fading along with the muscle tension. Soon, they're just dangling uselessly as she keeps following the watch back and forth and back and forth and-

 

"Just need....rest my headd... thenn I'll stop you..." Her eyes glaze over as her mouth hangs open, her entire body now moving fully in sync with the watch, everything completely relaxed aside from the muscles needed to keep her movements in time. She doesn't even seem aware of your presence at this point.

 

That is, until you snap your fingers. Her body instantly responds, her head dropping down and her eyes shutting tight. You smile as you start to think of the words you'll whisper into her mind. Seems like she won't be stopping you anytime soon-
