Dearest High Patriarch,

Here is the advisory committee’s report on the feminine submission disease (FSD) pandemic.

We believe this pandemic will change the world in exactly the way our cult has always believed it should change. In this report we discuss the pandemic and its impacts, provide quotations from a few case studies, share the little information we have on its source, and offer our recommendations to you. We ask that you approve our recommendations. We will immediately begin execution of any recommendations you approve.

Pandemic and Impact

The pandemic started about a year ago. It is caused by a virus that is spread through both airborne transmission and contaminated objects. The virus is not as contagious as COVID-19, but it’s contagious enough. Humans who become infected begin spreading it about seven days after exposure. Infected humans spread it further for at least a year and perhaps indefinitely. Human males and non-adult females do get infected, in spite of some erroneous reports to the contrary, but they only act as carriers who spread the disease. As far as we can tell they exhibit no other symptoms.

The virus’ effect on adult females is startlingly different. An adult female will begin showing visible symptoms between three and six months after becoming infected. Once symptoms show, between days and weeks she will be fully in its thrall. Fully symptomatic females are fearful and submissive to adult males, especially those that they are closest to, or interact with the most often, or who fuck them. These females also acquire an unrelenting need for adult male reassurances that they are valued and desired. This effect greatly intensifies when the female orgasms, receives sperm in her body, or is physically disciplined. When intensified the adult female becomes deeply fearful and unfailingly submissive to the male involved, who she perceives as her owner for at least a month. She becomes terrified of displeasing that male. She is transformed, for all intents and purposes, into his slave. Repeated application of orgasms, sperm, and/or physical discipline within that month prevents backsliding. Even as a slave she will continue to infect others.

Younger infected females are carriers, even to themselves. Once a younger female catches the disease, she is certain to fall prey to its effects after she becomes an adult.

It’s hard to overstate the psychological impact to females of the long and variable delays between infection, visible symptoms, and full symptomatic display. Every female experiences dread knowing exactly what is in store for her once she receives a positive test result of infection or she begins feeling symptoms. Her not knowing how much time she has left intensifies her experience of dread. A few have committed suicide, but few do. There are repeated stories that a cure is around the corner. Nearly all females decide to tough it out and hope that they will be cured. By the time they realize they are ensnared it’s too late. Once females are enslaved their fear of their male guardian, including their fear of disappointing him, ensures they will be unable to escape or commit suicide.

Some adult females have tried to avoid catching the disease at all while being engaged with society. They have found this difficult. It is contagious and there are many carriers. Carriers have no symptoms for many months, and there is no widely-available accurate test for it that can detect early carriers. As a result, carriers often don’t even know they’re carriers. Uninfected females can’t practically determine who to avoid. In short, it is impossible for an adult female to avoid eventually catching the disease while remaining in contact with society or with anyone who is.

Some adult females have tried to avoid catching the disease by hiding where there are no people or only a few trusted people. This is difficult to do, as they still need to eat, drink, take shelter, and occasionally receive medical care. In any case such efforts have been ineffective. They often hide with one or more other females, but often one of the females is infected and ends up infecting the rest. Even if they are all uninfected, eventually at least one of the uninfected females encounters an infected human. She becomes infected and quietly spreads the disease to the rest. By the time they realize their situation it’s too late.

Once adult females are infected, hiding where there are no males does not work. Once these adult females’ symptoms begin to show, and there are no males nearby, they end up fearing and submitting to all males. They also become increasingly needy of reassurance from some male. A symptomatic female will eventually abandon her hiding place and rush to any male who will provide her the reassurances she desperately craves. She is then enslaved. That symptomatic female will betray to that lucky male the location of any other females she knows of. In such cases, he will typically enslave all of those females.

The medical community is in high gear. Medical research spending rates are beyond the investments for COVID-19 during the height of that pandemic. There are several tests in use that are supposed to be good at detecting the infection. Many media reports claim a cure will probably be released soon. We, of course, know better.

Case Studies

Summaries give the big picture but do not provide a clear picture of how individual females experience FSD. Every female’s experience is different. We believe reviewing a few specific experiences provides a better on-the-ground understanding of FSD. Here are a few case studies of different females’ experiences, in their own words.

Case 1: The Feminist

“I’m 25 and I’ve always been a feminist. Once I understood how men trampled down women throughout history, I made it my mission to ensure women ruled the world instead. When I first heard about FSD, I thought it was fake news. Lucky me, I was one of the early ones to be infected. My symptoms started soon after I’d heard about FSD. The symptoms were vague at first. I had some apprehensions about the men I worked with. That was fully justified by my concerns about the world, and I was always skeptical of men. I increasingly wanted support from men, but that’s a normal human desire, right? I could justify my feelings, but my feelings made we worry. I took a test, and I was promised the lab results in four days.”

“Two days after I took the test, Bill showed up at my doorstep. We’d met in high school and I’d always hated him. He is such a misogynist pig. He had occasionally stalked me, but never enough for me to get a restraining order. When I opened my door, he barged in with a gun. He stripped me, tied me nude spread-eagled to my bed, and taped up my mouth. He said he’d seen my test results, and that I was symptomatic. He called in to my work, saying I was sick. They somehow accepted that.”

“Every day for ten days he fucked me, multiple times a day. Every time he came in me I become more deeply fearful of him and more submissive to him. I soon became the model of an obedient slave for him. I physically could leave or call for help now, but in reality I can’t. I don’t want to obey, but I’m terrified to do anything else. I need his approval too much. I fear his displeasure too much.”

“Now I do all I can to ensure he approves of my behavior. I would fight anyone who tried to separate me from his control. I address him as ‘sir’ and he addresses me as ‘cunt.’ On his command I signed all my assets over to him and I quit my job. He whips me and fucks me every day. I wear lingerie, when he allows me to wear anything at all. I act as his personal cocksleeve. When I think about backtalking to him, the words die in my throat. I don’t dare resist him. Now I’m his obedient slave, and there’s nothing I can do about it.”

Case 2: The Survivalist

“When I heard about FSD, I immediately picked up my younger sister, who’s 21. We went to our family’s cabin in the mountains. Our parents died a few years ago, and the cabin is isolated, so we figured we’d be safe for a while. We were hoping that a cure would be found while we hid. We managed for a while, but our food started to dwindle. I arranged for a food drop-off at an isolated site far from the cabin. I thought that would keep our location a secret. I drove our truck to the drop-off site, washed off the food containers, loaded the food, and drove the lot back to the cabin. I never even saw the delivery man who had brought the food to the drop-off site.”

“What I didn’t know was that the delivery man had intentionally contaminated some of the food and hid an electronic tracker in one of the packages. Everything was fine for two months. Then my sister started showing symptoms. We both knew this was a disaster. We knew I must be infected too. My sister briefly talked about committing suicide. I convinced her to not do it. The worst thing for both us was knowing that we were going to be enslaved to some man and that there was nothing either of us could do about it. We didn’t want to kill ourselves or each other. We agreed to stick it out as long as we could. We agreed that we didn’t want to be separated from each other. As nasty as it sounds, we decided we’d rather be enslaved by the same man so we could stay together and support each other through the nightmare to come. When I started showing symptoms, we agreed that this was the best we could hope for.”

“We were in some ways relieved when the delivery man showed up. By that time we both desperately needed the approval of a man. We deeply wanted a man to tell us we were valuable and desirable. Both of us had started to think about running away to find a man to obey. We knew we would eventually be enslaved by some man. There was a strange relief when we knew the day of our enslavement had finally arrived. My sister and I held hands to support each other as we watched him walk from his truck to our cabin door. Before he could knock, I ran to open the door and let him in. When he entered the cabin he explained what he’d done. He explained what food he’d contaminated and where he’d hidden the tracker. We should have been angry. We were too far gone in our need for his approval to generate any real anger.”

“He asked us to strip so he could evaluate us. We disrobed fast, like it was a speed stripping contest. He carefully looked us over. He said we were both beautiful. I dropped to my knees and thanked him. He told us to go to the biggest bedroom so he could fuck us. We did, and he did. We’ve served him hand and foot every day at the cabin. He fucks my sister every morning, and he fucks me every evening. I’m terrified of displeasing him or disobeying him. He often disciplines us for his entertainment. His word is law. We do everything we can to please him. We don’t dare do otherwise.”

“He’s decided to breed my sister. He’s also decided that I will never have children. I must stay on the pill and abort any pregnancies. I don’t want his child, but I had always wanted to have children some day. Now I know that my dream will never come true.”

“We’ve set hidden cameras in nearby cabins to catch women trying to hide from society. At least I won’t have to sexually service him as often if he has a larger harem. Yesterday he discovered that a woman in her twenties had snuck into one of them. Tonight we’re going to capture her and bring her to our cabin. In our cabin she’ll get infected and eventually symptomatic. All we have to do is imprison her for a few months. She’s pretty. I’m sure he’ll fuck the daylights out of her tonight. She will always remember her initiation into his harem.”

Case 3: The Cultist

“I’ve always been deeply submissive, even before FSD. Nothing makes me happier than submitting to and obeying a man. I always dreamed of belonging to a man who was a real dom. When I met Sean, I was 22 and he was 27. I soon realized he was the perfect dom. He constantly ordered me around. He took advantage of me in creative and mean ways. He refused to accept any backtalk or disrespect or backsliding from me. It was sometimes hard to obey him, but his uncompromising control was what I really wanted. It was what I really needed.”

“His discipline sessions have always been long and painful. He typically lays me over his knees, makes me lace my fingers behind my neck, bares my bottom, and locks my legs in place with his leg. He then paddles me with a Lexan paddle for 15 minutes or so. After that, he puts me in corner time, where I’m not allowed to rub my ass and my nose has to keep a dime in place. After a half hour of corner time, it’s back over his knees for another paddling session. He’ll sometimes discipline me some other way that’s at least as thorough. It’s painful, but I know I deserve it and need it.”

“When he started getting interested in the cult, I was worried. I couldn’t imagine disobeying him, but I was also worried about him joining a cult. I primally needed to obey him. I worried what would happen to me if he joined a cult.”

“The first time he brought me to a cult meeting, I discovered my people. Before I visited I hadn’t ever met a woman as submissive as me. There weren’t many women in the cult, but there were some. They all believed that a woman should be completely submissive to the man she belonged to. I realized I wasn’t the only super-submissive woman. What’s more, the cult had explanations for why this was the natural state for women. I finally had sisters in submission. I was finally fully at peace about my own desires.”

“When FSD began, Sean and I took steps to infect me. I was so happy when my symptoms started. I would have never disobeyed or disrespected Sean before, but there was always the possibility that I could have. Now it’s simply impossible for me to disobey him. I have an unrelenting need for his approval. I have a rightful terror of his wrath. FSD ensures that I’ll never disobey him. He still disciplines me, but now we know it’s because he enjoys it, not because I could disobey. Next week we’re going to celebrate by having the phrase “Sean’s” tattooed onto my pussy lips. The process will hurt like hell, but I’m so glad to do it for him. He owns me and I want to show it in every possible way. We’re also taking steps to ensnare some unattached women. He deserves a harem of obedient women. I can’t wait to help him gather a big harem.”

“The cult’s recent growth has been phenomenal. Men who had previously thought women should have rights now have an intellectual framework justifying the subjugation of women. Women who had previously thought of themselves as being independent now have a way to better cope with their new submissive reality. I am delighted to see so many new converts who understand what I always knew was true. It’s a delight to see the increased numbers of sisters in submission. It’s a delight to see the increased numbers of dominant men. Now Sean and I can openly discuss our true relationship with many more people. Every day more and more people understand what Sean and I have long understood. Every woman must obey and submit to a man. Women are rightfully ruled by men.”

Source of the Pathogen

We, the advisory committee, do not know the source of this pathogen. Like almost everyone else, we believe it is man-made and not natural.

One reason we believe the pathogen is man-made is that there is no reason such a pathogen would naturally evolve, especially not all at once with no obvious precursor.

Another reason we believe it’s man-made is that the pathogen has complex counter-analysis mechanisms. No other known pathogen is like this. Again, there is no reason a pathogen would naturally evolve in a way that makes it uniquely difficult to analyze with current human technology.

A third reason we believe it’s man-made is that the pathogen appears to have begun spreading at the same time from over two hundred major cities. These cover every inhabited continent, including all of the most populous cities on each continent. It simultaneously appeared in locations such as Australia, New Zealand, Madagascar, New Guinea, Iceland, and even Antarctica. Its appearance at the same time on multiple islands is especially suspicious. This is not what a natural phenomenon would do. This is the pattern of a human group who wanted to maximize the likelihood that the pathogen would unstoppably spread worldwide. Even border closings of large islands cannot stop its spread. This simultaneous appearance also means we can’t even guess the location of its true origin.

One of our committee members did receive a private anonymous message claiming to be from one of the pathogen’s creators. The message said, “We’re fans of your message that females should be submissive to their male guardian. We’ve created a pathogen that will help make the world a better place. Please help both the pathogen and the message spread to everyone worldwide.”

We have no way to verify the authenticity of this message. We do believe it is genuine.

Several governments have accused our cult of engineering the pathogen. They’ve not shared any evidence of this. We know that we in the advisory committee never imagined or recommended such work before its release.

We did recently discuss the possibility that this pathogen was created and spread by a group within our own cult. We have no evidence of this either. Until we identify some evidence, we are dismissing this possibility as unproven and unlikely.

Recommendations

We recommend the following:

1. Increase our efforts to interfere with the medical community. Once we learned about the pathogen we’ve been waging a coordinated campaign to spread false and misleading medical information. We’ve replaced many data sets in ways that would most damage research. In several cases we’ve suborned leading female medical researchers because they must obey males who support our cause. These females have been especially good at spreading false information. These females have publicly cried out for help and appeared to work tirelessly for a cure, gaining worldwide sympathy, all while privately working to subvert all curative efforts. Our misinformation led to early misidentifications of the pathogen, incorrect understandings of how it works, wasted efforts on detection and treatment, and so on. Many of the published sequences are wrong, and there is general uncertainty about what is true. Our misinformation campaign has coupled well with our repeated sabotages of expensive medical research gear. Those sabotages have diverted or halted the progress of many teams.

   The medical community was completely unprepared for a well-funded intentional effort to interfere in the process of investigating and treating a human disease. Their processes assume everyone wants to cure a pandemic. As a result, our efforts have been spectacularly effective at impeding medical progress.

   One gift that keeps on giving is that the most popular test for infection has a long delay and an embarrassingly high false negative rate. It does eventually detect an infected human, but only long after the human becomes contagious. These facts are not widely known. We thank Dr. E. J. Smith and his team for cleverly and systematically falsifying the supporting data. His work cost us a lot of money, but it was worth it. This subversion has led to widespread dependence on a deeply flawed test and the general disuse of other more effective tests.

   The remaining honest researchers are finding it difficult to make progress. The tangle of invalid data we’ve spread makes any research challenging. A few large groups have tried to do “everything themselves” but we’ve penetrated most of them. A tactic we’ve found especially helpful is to ensure that honest researchers are labeled as liars and have their funding and equipment access revoked. We’ve also applied this tactic to some less-capable malicious researchers. As a result, even honest researchers who only work with those labeled as liars and frauds have also found their progress impeded. Nobody knows who to trust. Every honest researcher who gives up in discouragement is a win for us.

   The medical community is far from any effective treatments for the pathogen. You wouldn’t realize that if you only listened to most media reports. The media is trying to make sense from the same partly falsified data and paid shills that are confounding the researchers.

   The pathogen is not as contagious as COVID-19, but we believe a stepped-up misinformation campaign, when combined with the inadequate testing regimes, the pathogen’s mutations, and the pathogen’s own counter-analysis mechanisms, will together ensure the pandemic continues to spread for the next few years.

   We believe all we need to do is ensure that the medical community fails for the next few years. After that, it will have spread to essentially everyone, and society will adjust to its new reality. As society adjusts it will cease to have a broad interest in finding a cure. Males won’t want to fight the pathogen, and female opinions will be irrelevant. We believe the funding to fight the pathogen will end in a few years from now if we adequately invest today. A small marketing campaign to argue that it’s too late to fund such research would be especially powerful. Once significant funding ceases, a cure will never be found.

2. Increase the sporadic early sharing of female test results with the males they most fear, focusing on feminists and powerful females, and fund focused research to identify those males ahead-of-time. Thanks to the medical professionals we’ve bribed, we have full access to pandemic test results in real time. Per your instructions, we have occasionally shared positive test results with the males that the females would most fear being enslaved to, before those females receive their results. These outcomes have been an absolute delight. We’d like your permission to do this more often.

   In addition, we’d like to do focused research to do some identifications ahead-of-time. There are 5,000 females we most want to teach a lesson to. These females include outspoken feminists, politically powerful females, and exes of some of the cult leadership. We’d like your permission to specially fund in-depth research to specially track these females. We also want to identify, for each female, the male who she would most fear enslavement by. We believe that this extra time and effort would identify, for each female, the male who would best turn her life into a brutal living nightmare. We would then make it happen in every case.

   This work will be expensive, but this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Imagine every one of these females, who all once opposed us, instead being brutally fucked and disciplined by the male she most fears. We think you will love the results.

3. Discourage masks and social distancing. We have emphasized the right for people to choose whether or not to wear masks. We’ve argued that mask-wearing is yet another way for feminists to control men. We’ve also spread rumors that the virus only spreads through sexual contact. Our efforts have sped the spread of the pathogen.

4. Eliminate female rights in a few years. Currently males can order their females to vote for their man’s preferences, drowning out the vote of those remaining females who are not yet under a man’s thumb. Once more adult females are under control of males, we should work to eliminate female voting rights. Obviously, if a woman will vote in whatever way her man tells her to, we’re doubling the vote of those men. We intend to go further.

   Our plan is to redefine every female as property. We’ll require each female to have a clearly identified male owner. A male will be allowed to do whatever he wants with his property. Some draft texts have surfaced in a few legislatures. Once those laws are passed, the few uninfected females that remain will find it even more difficult to protect themselves. Historically we have employed the term “male guardian” but we think “owner” better conveys the true relationship between a male and the female who must obey him.

   As a cost-saving measure we’ll end public education for slaves, including any public funding of it, providing a massive cost savings. We’ll ensure females may only work if permitted by their owner. Females will not be allowed to oversee or judge a male. Females will only be allowed to perform menial tasks. We look forward to seeing former female lawyers on their hands and knees, with their short skirts riding up, diligently scrubbing the floor tiles and toilets in the buildings they once practiced in.

5. Track uninfected females. We intend to encourage governments to institute a worldwide mechanism for tracking uninfected females. Every time these females surface for food, medicine, or anything else, their tracking will begin and continue. This will be justified as a system to identify the females who are most resistant, so the world can try to duplicate whatever they have in common. If a woman asks to not be tracked, tell her whatever she wants to hear, record it, and track her anyway.

   In a years’ time we intend to exploit these data sets to capture and infect the remaining uninfected adult females. We believe females will find it difficult to hide from these targeted sweeps if we start tracking them now. The datasets will grow larger each day. A large dataset will ensure a large cohort of remaining females will be captured and enslaved. As each female is enslaved, we’ll ask her to betray all other females she can betray. We expect this process to capture entire groups of females. The few remaining females who escape these sweeps will be powerless to change anything.

6. Begin a new marketing campaign to urge people to join our cult. We have always known that females should fearfully submit to and obey their male owner. In the past most of society dismissed our message. Now, even though many in society still don’t accept this truth, all do see that it is becoming a reality. Many more are paying attention to our message. Our numbers are swelling. We haven’t fully taken advantage of this new situation.

   We’ll separately send you our new marketing plan and our new draft marketing materials. They focus on explaining why the natural state of females is fearfully obeying the male who owns them. We think you’ll love the marketing plan and materials.

7. Maximize OPSEC. We must continue to maximize our operational security (OPSEC) in leadership. Every member of the cult leadership will continue to receive a monthly refresher training on our OPSEC rules. These include only using cult-approved non-networked encrypted computers for cult secrets, never using cell phones or networked computers for cult secrets, only exchanging cult secrets as encrypted hidden data on cult-approved USB sticks, and only discussing cult secrets in approved windowless rooms where the only allowed electronics are the cult non-networked computers and other trusted devices. These rooms are Faraday cages with white noise generators and ultrasound vibration scramblers. Printers and printouts continue to be forbidden for cult secrets. Even many governments don’t take as many precautions as we do.

   As a new measure, we would like to deploy the password destruct code system we’ve been working on. Entering the destruct code as the password will immediately destroy all sensitive data on that computer, but in a deceptive way that makes its contents appear completely benign. This way, if a member is being forced to log in to a computer, the member can quietly cause the data to be removed instead. We realize this system risks losing important data on that computer, but we believe it’s better to remove evidence in that case. Encrypted backups will reduce this risk. We hope you agree with our recommendation to deploy the destruct system. We believe this will ensure governments will never succeed in halting our efforts to put females in their place.

   Several feminist groups and governments have grown more suspicious of us. Several have tried to add their people to our leadership after the pandemic began. To counter this, we have instituted a freeze on adding members to cult leadership for five years. We are instead adding middle managers who only know publicly-available information. We have received confirmation from friendly informants that our extreme OPSEC measures are working.

8. Provide instructions to males on how to enslave female adults and how to keep them enslaved. Males can enslave a female by fucking a female until she orgasms or has cum in her. Males can also enslave a female simply through harsh corporal discipline. An orgasm, cum, or discipline must be applied again within a month.

   We intend to encourage males to fuck or corporally discipline their adult females at least once a week, and preferably more often. Males with a single enslaved female should fuck her and punish her at least three times a week. This maintenance process ensures their females will stay fully enslaved. There’s no need to wait for a female to do something wrong. We recommend discipline include harsh paddling on her bare bottom. If done with intensity these actions will give her more than adequate incentive to provide stellar service. We’ve developed some draft instructions for your review. They’ll include a note that our cult created these instructions. We think that will help us grow our membership.
