Hypnosis betrayal chapter 2

kelly ask jack for more hypnosis sessions unaware of her brothers true plans.
As the week dragged on, Jack grew increasingly uneasy. His sister hadn't mentioned anything about the hypnosis session or wanting to try it again. Throughout the week, their conversations were mundane, revolving around work and their parents needing assistance. Finally, on Friday, as Jack was preparing to leave his office, his sister called. Glancing at the phone screen, he wondered what this call would bring. He had almost lost hope that she'd request another session. Although he had implanted the idea of hypnosis being relaxing, she needed to ask for it herself. He couldn't just suggest it, as that would seem suspicious. Answering the call, he said,
"Hey Kelly, what's up?"
"Hey Jack,”
she replied, sounding off. Jack frowned, concerned.
"Is something wrong, Kelly? You sound upset."
"I've been feeling stressed at work lately, and for some reason, I'm angry at John, as if he did something terrible. But I can't figure out why I'm so upset. I keep thinking about a dream where he kissed someone in his office, but dreams never bothered me like this before or felt so real."
Jack frowned again; he had worried about this. Hypnosis wasn't a magical fix. The human mind was incredibly powerful, often bringing buried thoughts to the surface. He thought he'd have more time before the memory he tried to suppress resurfaced, but her work stress was accelerating the process. The positive side was that she hadn't yet recalled the hypnosis session. Time was critical now; he didn't care if she remembered her husband's indiscretion, but once she did, the suggestion that hypnosis relaxed her and encouraged her to return for more would be undone.
"You still there?"
she asked after a prolonged silence.
"Yes, sorry, I was lost in thought for a moment."
"I was thinking, last time, your hypnosis made me really relaxed. I hope we can do it again, so maybe I won't be so harsh on John."
jack did his best to not sound so enthasiastic.
” yeah if you believe it would help sure, did you have an idea when you would want to have a session”
Kelly hesitated for a moment, her breath catching audibly over the phone.
"Actually... I was hoping we could do it tonight. I know it's short notice, but I can't shake this awful feeling. It's like a storm cloud hanging over me."
Jack's pulse quickened, but he forced his voice to remain calm and neutral.
"Of course, if you think it will help. I can be at your place in about an hour. Does that work?"
"Yes, perfect," Kelly replied, relief evident in her tone. "John's working late tonight, so we'll have the house to ourselves."
As Jack hung up the phone, a mixture of anticipation churned in his stomach. He gathered his things quickly, mind racing with possibilities. On the drive over he forced himself to relax he new he needing a clear mind for the following events ever since the night he put sister under he had been hard at work planning the steps to get her under his control after all if he rushed too fast the changes made to her would not only seem strange to john but also kelly her mind would try to figure out why she was doing what she was on the other hand if he took things to slow it would take to long and run the risk of some of his sujestions coming undone with his mind racing he arrived at her house
Kelly answered the door before he could knock, her face a mixture of relief and anxiety.
"Thanks for coming,"
she said, ushering him inside. The house was dimly lit, soft lamplight creating pools of warmth in the otherwise shadowy interior.
"Of course,"
Jack replied, following her into the living room. He noticed how she moved with a slight tension, her shoulders tight.
"Why don't you sit down and get comfortable?"
Kelly sank onto the plush sofa, tucking her feet underneath her. Jack settled into an armchair across from her, studying his sister's face.
“Why dont we firts talk about whats on your mind kelly i do help people for a living after all”
Kelly sighed, running a hand through her hair.
"It's just... I can't shake this feeling of unease. Every time I close my eyes, I see John in his office with another woman. The image is so vivid, so real. But then I remind myself it was just a dream and I feel guilty for even thinking it."
Jack nodded sympathetically, leaning forward slightly.
"Dreams can be powerful things, Kelly. Sometimes our subconscious mind tries to tell us things we're not ready to face in our waking hours."
Kelly's eyes widened slightly. "Do you think... do you think it could be more than a dream?"
Jack paused, choosing his words carefully.
"I think the important thing right now is to help you relax and clear your mind. Once you're in a calmer state, we can explore these feelings further. Are you ready to begin?"
Kelly nodded as Jack reached into his bag and pulled out an incense stick. His sister was so tense, he needed to help her relax as much as possible first. This incense stick was special; he used it on patients who were resistant to hypnosis. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but it was made from specific herbs that unknowingly helped relax the mind. As he noticed her shoulders easing up a bit, he instructed it was rime to begin
Kelly sat up straight on the couch, her eyes following Jack as he began to get seriouse. The gentle aroma of the incense stick wafted through the air, making her feel like slouching back on the couch its tendrils of smoke curling lazily upward. Jack noticed her eyelids growing heavy, her breathing slowing.
"That's it, Kelly. Just relax,"
he murmured, his voice low and soothing.
"Focus on the sound of my voice. Let everything else fade away."
He began guiding her through a series of deep breaths, watching as the tension melted from her body with each exhale. The soft lamplight cast shadows across her face, accentuating the vulnerability in her expression.
"Now, I want you to imagine a warm, golden light surrounding you,"
Jack continued, his words measured and hypnotic.
"It's filling you with peace, with calm. All your worries are dissolving into nothing”
Kelly's eyes fluttered closed, her body sinking deeper into the couch cushions. Jack leaned forward, his voice dropping to a velvety whisper.
"That's right, Kelly. Let the golden light wash over you, through you. Feel it cleansing away all your stress and anxiety."
He paused, watching her face carefully. Her breathing had slowed to a deep, rhythmic pattern. The furrow between her brows had smoothed out.
"Now, I want you to imagine you're descending a staircase," Jack murmured. "With each step down, you sink deeper into relaxation. Ten... nine... eight..."
As he counted down, Kelly's head lolled slightly to the side. Her lips parted, a soft sigh escaping.
"Three... two... one. Sleep”
he snapped his fingers in front of her face suddenly her head limped to the side ok time to get to work he though
"Kelly, can you hear me?"
Jack's voice was a soft whisper in the dimly lit room.
"Yes,”
she murmured, her words barely audible.
"Good. Now, I want you to imagine a box,"
Jack instructed, his tone smooth and persuasive. Kelly's brow furrowed slightly at his unusual request.
"Can you do that for me, Kelly?"
Jack's voice held a hypnotic quality to it.
"Yes,"
came Kelly's monotonous reply, her voice almost mechanical.
"Okay, place the memory of John kissing Sarah inside the box, then i want you to close it,"
Jack continued, careful not to overwhelm her mind with too much information at once.
"Now visualize thick chains appearing out of the shadows," Jack's words painted a vivid picture in Kelly's mind. "I want you to secure the box tightly with these chains and lock them with heavy padlocks."
Jack paused for a moment, allowing Kelly's subconscious to absorb his instructions.
"Are you finished, Kelly?"
"Hmm... yes,"
Kelly responded drowsily.
"Good, Kelly. The memory inside that box is fading, becoming less clear, less important, "It's just a dream now, nothing more. You don't need to think about it anymore."
He paused, watching her face for any signs of resistance. Finding none, he continued.
"Now, I want you to focus on how relaxed and calm you feel right now. This feeling of peace, of safety - it's all because of the hypnosis. Whenever you feel stressed or anxious, you'll remember how good hypnosis makes you feel. You'll want to experience it again and again."
Kelly's lips curved into a slight smile, her body sinking even deeper into the couch.
"That's right,"
Jack murmured.
"Hypnosis is your sanctuary, your escape. And only I can give you this feeling of complete relaxation. You trust me completely.”
Now it was onto the next part he had to hammer in her subcunsiouse mind to want hypnosis as much as possible he began to put his plan in motion.Jack leaned in closer, his voice a low, murmur.
"Kelly, I want you to imagine a warm, golden light flowing through your body. This light represents the deep relaxation and peace you feel during hypnosis. Every time you think about being hypnotized, you'll feel a echo of this warmth, this blissful calm."
He paused, watching her face intently. Her breathing had slowed even further, her body completely limp.
"Now, I want you to associate this feeling with me, Kelly. Whenever you see me, hear my voice, or even think about me, you'll feel a hint of this golden warmth. It will make you crave hypnosis more and more. You'll find yourself looking forward to our sessions, counting down the days until we can meet again."
Jack's voice lowered to a murmur, each word he uttered wrapping around Kelly like a delicate thread, binding her to his will. It was crucial that his suggestion took root deeply; the longer it lingered without reinforcement the better the more she would seek him out for additional sessions.
“You’ll want to keep this sessions from john, after all you wouldnt want him to worry about you being too stressed”.
Kelly's eyelids fluttered slightly as Jack's words sank deeper into her subconscious. He watched intently, noting every subtle reaction.
"That's right, Kelly, This is our little secret. John doesn't need to know about these sessions. It would only make him worry unnecessarily about you."
Jack paused, allowing the suggestion to take hold. Then he continued, his voice a hypnotic caress.
"In fact, you'll find it thrilling to keep this private. It's something special, just between us. The secrecy will make you crave our sessions even more."
He leaned in closer, his breath warm against her ear.
"And Kelly, you'll start to notice little things about me. The way I move, the sound of my voice, even my scent. These will all become intensely appealing to you. You'll find yourself drawn to me.”
He spent the next ten minutes reinforcing his suggestions, driving them deep into her subconscious mind. He realized it was time to bring her out; he couldn't linger too long or risk overwhelming her mind, causing the suggestions not to stick. Before bringing her back, he took a moment to appreciate her physique. Her ample chest swelled with each breath she took, unfortunately concealed by the baggy shirt she wore. However, with all the reinforcement he had done that day, he anticipated she would soon request another session, allowing him to progress to phase two of his plan. He reminded himself it was a sprint, not a race. Before long, he would reap the rewards of his efforts.
Jack gently began the process of bringing Kelly out of her trance.
"Now, Kelly, I'm going to count from 5 to 1. When I reach 1, you'll wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed. 5... 4... 3... 2... 1."
Kelly's eyes fluttered open, a look of peaceful contentment on her face. She stretched languidly, like a cat waking from a nap.
"Wow,"
she murmured, her voice thick with lingering drowsiness.
"That was amazing. I feel so... light."
Jack smiled, carefully masking his inner thoughts.
"I'm glad it helped. How do you feel about the dream now?"
Kelly's brow furrowed slightly, what was the dream about again
Kelly blinked slowly, her eyes unfocused as she tried to recall.
"The dream? I... I'm not sure. It seems so hazy now, like trying to grasp smoke." She shook her head, a small smile playing on her lips. "But you know what? It doesn't seem important anymore. I feel so relaxed, so at peace."
Jack nodded, keeping his expression neutral despite the surge of satisfaction he felt.
"That's good, Kelly. Sometimes our minds create worries that aren't really there. The important thing is how you feel now."
Kelly grinned,
"You're right, I feel so much better now. All the stress from work seems so insignificant; it's almost frightening. This feels so addictive—no wonder you have a successful practice."
Jack chuckled softly, careful to keep his tone light and casual.
"I'm glad it's helped you so much. Remember, anytime you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, hypnosis can be a powerful tool to help you relax and refocus."
Kelly nodded eagerly, her eyes bright.
"Absolutely. I can't believe how amazing I feel right now. It's like all my worries have just... melted away." She paused, biting her lower lip slightly. "Do you think... would it be okay if we did this again sometime soon? And maybe we should keep this between us it would just upset john if he knew i was stressing about work”
Jack felt a thrill of triumph course through him, but he kept his expression neutral.
"Of course, Kelly. Whenever you feel you need it. Just give me a call and we can set something up."
“well i was thing since john is working late the day after tomorrow too maybe we can do it then”
"That sounds perfect, I'll make sure to keep my evening free."
Kelly beamed at him, her eyes sparkling with an intensity that hadn't been there before.
"Thank you so much, Jack. I don't know what I'd do without you."
As Jack gathered his things to leave, he noticed Kelly watching him intently. For a moment, their eyes met, and Jack saw something flicker in her expression - a hint of shyness, quickly replaced by a warm smile.
"Goodnight, Kelly,"
"Try to get some rest."
"Goodnight,"
she murmured, her voice slightly breathless. Like a school girl talking to her crush.
As Jack drove home, his mind raced with possibilities. Kelly's eagerness for another session so soon exceeded even his most optimistic expectations. The suggestions he had planted were clearly taking root, growing stronger with each passing moment.
He allowed himself a small smile of satisfaction as he pulled into his driveway. Phase one had been a resounding success. Now, he needed to carefully plan his next move. The day after tomorrow would be crucial - he'd have to push things further, but not so far as to arouse suspicion or resistance.
Jack entered his house, the darkness enveloping him like a comforting blanket. He poured himself a glass of whiskey, savoring the burn as he swallowed. His sister's face floated in his mind - her parted lips, her heavy-lidded eyes, the way she had looked at him before he left.
A smile spread on his face
“soon she will be mine.”
