So hooked on this story! Eagerly awaiting each new chapter.

This has been a lovely gay story to heal my gay heart…

I did not get up this morning intending to spend the day reading an incredible, heartfelt, and beautiful romance, but I loved every minute of it! I was genuinely blown away by this and couldn’t put it down, it’s such a satisfying slow burn in the best way!

Cute relationship building, or; Katie learns to be a pet.

If you didn’t stop at the title, here’s some extra convincing: this could easily have been published as a standalone science fiction novel, yet here it is available for free on ROM. It includes, in no particular order:

- A gay, asexual trans girl with ADHD

- A gay, asexual plant with trauma

- A gay, probably-asexual robot with executive dysfunction

- A pair of gay, definitely NOT asexual lesbians in a relationship with a space dragon

- A fish of unknown sexuality

- Fully automated luxury gay space communism (whether your puny civilization wants it or not)

- Drama! Excitement! Intrigue! Flirtation!

Go read it already!

Jokes aside, though, this story isn’t really “smut” unless drug/medical play really gets you going - so I wouldn’t recommend it if your primary objective is to get your rocks off. Still, though, come back and read it later anyway, it’s worth it!

Such an absolutely beautiful slow-burn story about a girl and a plant. I crave just.. so much more of this.

Reading this story felt like it was healing my soul. This is the post-scarsity transhumanist content I need and I cannot wait for Katie to gain a new, improved, body and mind.
