Look. I’m a lesbian, and while there is a non-0 amount of sapphicness in here, this is primarily het; the fact I’m recommending it, thus, should probably tell you just how much I liked it. Ultimately… this story really isn’t about the sex; it’s a vital part of the plot, yes, and it would be worse off for not having it, but it could stand without it. I cannot go into too many details without massive spoilers, but this is primarily a story about ethics, power, and control, and how those latter two can be used and abused, and how the lines between that are sometimes really blurry. I recommend this, not as erotica (though it certainly is that at times), but as a story. Also, I really envy the folks in chapter 30. I won’t say more, but that seems like a really fun and constructive relationship to have. I hope someday to have something like that.

This was the longer story that made me look deeper into what ROM has to offer. Character development, plot, and avoiding a lot of boring cliches. A long read, but definitely worth it.
