Someone Else is Driving

A familiar face is driving her uber, but that’s not all they end up driving.

I was inspired while waiting for my uber to the hospital. The ride itself was uneventful and a bit uncomfortable, but what if... it was actually cool and gay and kinkyyyy.

The characters here are implied to be something between acquaintances and friends. Celeste uses she/her and has a vagina. Vill uses they/them and it doesn't matter what they have because it does not come into play. :]

Enjoy!

Celeste tapped her foot against the pavement beneath the concrete underhang. Had she known it was going to rain, she wouldn’t have stayed for overtime. The chill of winter snuck under her collar, sending a shiver through her body. Her phone’s screen awakened as she pulled it from her purse. Five more minutes in this cold, then her driver would arrive. She just ordered the first Uber she could when she clocked out. She hadn’t really paid attention to who it was. As long as she could get out of this cold, she’d take nearly anyone.

“Vill?”

“Hey, Celeste! I knew I recognized that photo. What a surprise!” A pale face lightly spattered with freckles flashed a grin to her as she hurried to shut the car door. “Ooh, that’s cold! Let me turn the heaters up for you.”

“Thanks, ‘preciate it,” she replied. Celeste held her hands to the fan, letting the warm air wash over her chilled fingertips. The rest of her body acclimated to the temperature change soon after.

Vill peered through the rear view. “Go ahead and relax. I know where your place is anyway. Traffic’s a bit bad though,” they warned.

“At least I won’t be with a stranger for that long,” she said. She let herself sink into the leather seats. The heat emanating from the cushions melted the ache in her legs from wearing heels all day.

Vill pulled out of the company parking lot, leaving the decidedly not-Brutalist office building behind. Its sullen greys looked like a dusty smudge through the raindrops on the window. Celeste watched the rain pour down, pooling together in small streams along the tinted glass. She heard a click from the front as a soft ambient track began to play.

“Long day?” her driver asked.

“You don’t know the half of it,” she said. Her annoyance bled through.

“Wanna talk about it?” Vill offered, adding on hastily, “only if you want to, I mean.”

“I’m good, thanks. Well, not good but… you know,” she strumbled over her words. “I’d rather relax now that it’s done. I don’t want to think about it if I don’t have to.”

“That’s fine. You deserve a breather after whatever must have kept you for so long.” Their pointed nails turned a knob on the radio. “Just relax. I’m driving, so you don’t even need to worry about anything outside right now,” they told her.

It was nice to have that assurance. She really didn’t have anything else to worry about for the night, as much as her work-adled thoughts tried to convince her otherwise. She already ate, she wasn’t expecting any calls, and she didn’t have to worry about getting home. Like they said, there was nothing outside she needed to stress over. The music was soothing too, just the thing for winding down after a rough shift.

She focused more on the music, letting the rain drift into the background of the soundscape alongside the gentle vibrations of the car. It was so peaceful. She just wanted to float in this warmth, though maybe that was just from how tired she was. Perhaps also from the sleep deprivation was the feeling that there were words in the music, though she couldn’t hear any.

“What song is this?” she asked, the curiousity getting to her.

“It’s from some ambient mix,” they answered casually. “I forget the artist’s name, but I like playing it with background noise when I’m trying to turn my brain off.”

That must have been it. Just some background noise. “It’s really nice.”

Vill looked back at her for a moment. “If you want, I can send you the artist when I’m done driving.”

“Yeah, sounds good.” Maybe she could listen to it before going to bed. She was feeling a bit sleepy, come to think of it. The warmth and her thicker winter clothes felt like a blanket.

“Must be nice, turning your brain off and relaxing,” Vill hummed. She expected their voice to break her from her stupor. Instead, it seemed softer somehow. It was just as calm as the music, like they were on the same frequency.

“Yeah,” she lazily agreed.

“I mean, all those thoughts and worries would just go away,” they continued. “Not a care in the world.”

She could imagine it– how enjoyable of an existence that would be.

“I bet it’s possible. If you focus hard enough on what turns off your brain, the sound inside should die down, right? Sounds so simple to do,” they spoke with that calm, low voice.

It was so easy, so simple. She just had to focus on the music.

“Let your mind coast on my voice as you tune in to the music. Let the noise in your mind die down. It’s so easy to relax and listen, isn’t it?” She saw them turn their gaze to her again, a knowing glint in their eye, but she was too relaxed to question it.

Her eyes unfocused,  just listening for the gentle ambience and for their voice now. She felt her weight sink further into the leather, her limbs loose as relaxation overtook her. It was so easy to listen along, so nice–

“So nice not to think. It feels so nice, doesn’t it?”

“Yes…” she murmured. So nice. So easy. So relaxing.

“Must feel really good, not thinking.”

She exhaled slowly and nodded. Not thinking. Not thinking about work, or stress, or plans. Not thinking was so nice. It felt so good.

“You know where those thoughts go when they leave your empty head?” Vill asked. It was almost rhetorical at this point. She knew she didn’t need to answer. She just had to listen.

“That’s right.” They praised her lack of response. “They go down, down through your body and leaking out. Since you can’t think about it, it just happens.” They said it with such sureity. For a moment, Celeste thought that she should retort, then she realized she couldn’t think. Her thoughts must have been leaking out already.

“Down, down, down. You can feel where they come out, can’t you? Somewhere warm. Somewhere wet,” Vill purred. It sent a shiver through her– a good one. She could feel what they were talking about. Thoughtlessly, her fingers snaked down her skirt. She gasped as they slid through her slit.

“That’s right. You’re so good at listening that you’ve already leaked out so many of your thoughts into your warm, wet pussy.” She hadn’t heard them like this before, she thought. Then it was gone, just like the thought after that, and after that, and after that. She had begun rubbing herself, rubbing her thoughts away. Her clit was throbbing. When did it start doing that?

“Don’t bother worrying about anything. Just enjoy this thoughtlessness. It’s what you wanted, isn’t it? It feels so nice, so good to be thoughtless. It’s so easy for your mind to go blank and empty those bothersome thoughts into your pussy.”

She wanted to… she wanted to… she wanted to not think. She wanted to feel good. It was so easy to feel good. It was so easy to be thoughtless. All she needed to do was listen and rub her thoughts away.

“It feels good to be blank, doesn’t it?”

She whimpered.

“It feels good to rub your mind away, doesn’t it?”

It felt.. so good.

“It feels good to be mindless, doesn’t it?”

“Yes,” she whispered. “Yes.” Her eyes glazed over.

“Mindless and empty, empty and blank. No more thoughts, just wet pleasure.”

She started panting. Her head was foggy, in a blissful thoughtless bliss. No more thoughts. She was empty. Mindless and empty and blank.

“Say that for me. Mindless, empty, blank.” They weren’t asking questions anymore, but she listened all the same. It was easy to listen, easier so with no thoughts in her head anymore.

“M… mindless… eeempty… blank,” she moaned. It was hard to talk with how heavy her panting had grown while kneadind her leaky pussy.

“Good girl.”

The explosion of release wracked her body. Vill was silent as she basked in the afterglow. She had completely blanked out, losing track of time as they drove on. She was only vaguely aware when the car stopped. She didn’t know when the rain had.

Vill turned off the car and exited. Moments later, the latch on the back door clicked and there they were above her. Carefully, they plucked her purse from the ground. There was some ruffling of fabric, then a jingling of metal. They shut the door and returned a short time later.

Their smile was soft when they picked her up. With some difficulty, they carried her limp body into her rental and laid her on the couch. A lamp had already been turned on, bathing the room in a warm glow. Their car locked with a soft beep before they stepped inside. Walking to her coffee table, they grabbed her purse again and produced a phone. They hovered it before her face until it recognized her, in her dazed state. They tapped away at it, muttering under their breath, “No tip, I’ll pay you back later,” and set the device down.

Finally, they turned their attention back to Celeste. The waves in their short, dark hair highlighted by the light’s orange hue as they stood before her. Some feeling had come back to her limbs by now, but her mind was just as empty. Vill picked up one of her arms watched it fall back onto the couch with a grin.

“Still sleepy, huh?” they hummed. They lifted her up to a comfortable sitting position. Her hand drifted down to her pussy, without thinking of course.

Vill’s eyes widened at the sight. A soft, “Oh,” escaped their lips.

“Do you remember what I told you to say in the car?” they asked.

The words came to her effortlessly, though quiet. “Mindless, empty, blank.”

“Good girl,” they smiled.

Her body felt warm. It felt good. It felt nice.

“I think I can come up with some more things to do to that mind of yours,” they mused. “Though, how about you keep repeating that while mindlessly fucking yourself again?”

She opened her mouth to speak but was cut off as they added, ”– and don’t come until I say so this time.”
