A mortal comes to the land of Faerie with a challenge for the Seelie Court. Oberon himself blesses the game, but soon the Fae are wondering how much power they will give this human before they can defeat him. Help comes from an unlikely source and everyone gets what they want.

Consent is paramount in real life. I do not condone non-consensual acts.

This story takes place in the same universe as Wild Pansies in the Fae Court and Them Wild-Eyed Boys That Are Really Fae.
Bold as brass, cold as iron, the human mortal stood before the Seelie Fae Court and issued his challenge.

He stood there on the dais, his boots coated in thick, Faerie mud, his trousers all torn to shreds by the grasping brambles and thorns that he must have passed through on his way to that place, his cloak drawn tight around his body like a shield. He stood tall, his fierce, tired blue eyes locked on Oberon himself, his mouth drawn up into a smile that was more bravado than bravery. He stood alone, and though the Court should have laughed at his foolishness in coming here at all, let alone asking what he asked, they did not. You see, the Fae cannot resist a good game.

"I challenge you to name me by my true name. Whosoever can do so, I shall serve them for a year and a day. Whoever fails must grant me a boon, each according to their finest traits without deception. For my part, I must take what boons are given. The words I speak now are binding; I shall not have any chance to renege. When my true name is spoken, I will be bound."

Oberon, sitting on his throne of twisting vines and flowers, laughed in his booming way, clapping his hands together just once. "HA! Do you realize, mortal, that if you do not take care, all of the Seelie Court might soon know your true name? One can do great magicks with a true name."

"Yes, one can do great magicks with a true name," allowed the human, and said no more.

"Then I will start us off in this game, and you may find yourself a plaything instead of a player sooner than you expect, little morsel," said Oberon, standing up from his throne, his steps thudding on the dais as he steadily made his way toward the human. The Fae King looked him up and down with an appraising hunger. "A clarification of the rules, mortal, if I may?"

The human nodded with an obvious eagerness to begin.

"Are there any rules about how one discovers your true name?"

"You may each make three requests of me, and I will provide for these as honestly as I can," said the mortal. He should have looked small and diminished beside Oberon's giant-like bulk and height, yet there was a grace and pride to him that did not shrink. "Let's count that as one request."

"Ah, though he be but little, he is fierce! HAHAHA!" Oberon's voice boomed as winked at the court, smiling broadly before turning back to the mortal. "Then, I will ask my next question...how fiercely do you ache to warm Oberon's staff for the next year and a day?"

At this question, the mortal blushed, two points of colour rising in his high, delicately pronounced cheekbones. "I think, my Lord Oberon, that I shall be in need of a few well-chosen boons before that would be advisable."

"Oh yes, little morsel, for I would break you if we did not prepare you well," the Faerie King said, his voice a low, deep rumble that echoed through the human's chest. He turned back to the crowd as though he was about to perform some great feat, one hand raised, the index finger pointed imperiously to the sky. He turned it upon the mortal as if intending to call some curse down upon him.

Then, he lowered it and tilted his head, inclining it toward his "guest", the picture of hospitality. "You must have had a long...hard...thirsty road to get here. Can I offer you something to eat or drink?"

"There is no need to trouble yourself, my Lord Oberon, and I know of the Faerie ways. I've brought my own food and water. Now then, my Lord. You have made three requests of me. Will you make your attempt?"

Strangely, the human looked hungry for Oberon's answer. Now, up until that moment, the whispers in the court had assumed that the human was seeking to gather as many boons from as many of the Fae as possible. But there seemed to be something else in that look of anticipation.

Oberon crossed his arms, his expression ever-playful. He gave another broad wink to the court. "Your true name must be...Wisdom. An irony and a truth bound up in one, for no mortal would come to this place as unprotected as you seem, yet your knowledge of us protects you thus far. Let us see how much further it takes you."

The human paused as though waiting for something, no doubt expecting trickery from Oberon when clearly the binding did not take. After a moment or two, his expression cleared and he looked almost disappointed. But he bowed to Lord Oberon and spoke softly. "My Lord, I believe that you owe me a boon."

Oberon laughed once more. "Ah, yes. I will grant you the Boon of the Pliable Bottom: the power to stretch safely around any...appendage...that you should choose to take into an orifice. May you imagine my cock inside of you whenever you are used thus." He leaned in close to the human. "When you are ready to drop this charade, you can do much more than imagine."

And so it went. With Lord Oberon having given the human's game legitimacy by participating first, the Seelie Fae formed up to wait their turn. To say that it appeared chaotic would be a touch of an understatement, and yet they never lost track of their place in the meandering line.

The first Fae at the head of the line was a short, flying creature with gossamer wings, their lips plump and soft-looking, their body shapely and inviting. When they pulled their lips back in a grin and showed a broad mouth full of sharp teeth, it was easy to tell that the human was trying not to shudder. Gamely, he squared his shoulders and fixed his eyes on this flying creature that was less than half his size.

"Why are you here? Don't you know how dangerous it is for a human mortal to challenge the Fae?"

"That's two questions, then," said the human firmly, though his eyes were still on that mouth.

The Fae with many teeth snapped his jaw at that but nodded their assent.

The mortal seemed to be struggling to find an answer. Some of the gathered Fae murmured among each other, agreeing that he must be trying to answer in a clever way that wouldn't be a lie without revealing too much of the truth. "I am here to see if any among you can guess my true name, succeeding where others have not. I know some of the dangers, but what I seek is worth the cost."

The pixie-like creature decided to change directions, to try and ask a question that would better help them guess. "Where do you come from?"

The human thought carefully about this. "Stolen land in the North, at the place that the people of my world call Land's End."

The pixie shrugged as if that didn't mean very much, and made their guess. They were wrong, and the human was granted the Boon of Perfect Recall.

With that, the next challenger stepped forward. His nude body was coated in a thick layer of clear, dripping slime, falling in thick gouts as he walked. The solid parts of him seemed to be translucent blue. He walked up to the human, staring at him, the slime from the continuous drip slowly rolling toward the human across the dais like a spilled glass of water.

The human stood his ground, though he made a strange face when the slime finally reached his boots and started to crawl up them to his skin. He tried to brush it away and it clung to his fingers, rolling across his palm. He wiped it on the remains of his trousers and it sunk into the fabric, ceasing the movement.

Crossing his arms, the human returned his attention to this latest challenger.

"You would look good coated in my slime," observed the oozing Fae. Even their voice sounded strangely moist. "You would learn to enjoy it, though I think you look like the sort who might already."

The human's face twitched. "Make your requests. Ask your questions."

"What is your most secret desire?" asked the Slime Fae, a tendril of itself reaching out to stroke the human's neck.

The human didn't draw away. He seemed distracted by the touch, taking his time to answer. "To...to truly know myself."

"So noble. So pure." The drips of slime on the dais, seemingly moving at the Slime Fae's command even though they were no longer connected, coated the human's knees now. "Are you feeling aroused right now?"

"I...am repulsed and attracted, and I am confused by it," admitted the human, ever-honest and bright red now as some of the slime tickled at his ear, questing. The human wiped it away.

"Hmm...And what will you do if no one guesses your name, if we collectively give up?"

"Find the other Courts and bring them my challenge," said the human without hesitation.

Once again, there was a collective murmur among the crowd. How power-hungry was this human, that he would risk going to the Unseelie Court and other unknown places, where the most Monstrous and Wild of Fae dwelled? Was this challenge worth his life?

The Slime Fae guessed wrong. And so, the human earned the Boon of Slick Passage.

Soon, the audacious mortal was gaining boon after boon at a wild pace, though they did not seem to take much pleasure in all that they had gained. Some of the Fae wisely chose to grant the human a future favour. Nevertheless, the Seelie Fae were beginning to look at each other nervously, their worry increasing the longer the game went on.

But the only way to end it was for someone to guess his true name or for him to collapse dead. A deal had already been struck, agreed upon when the first guess was made.

Occasionally, someone asked what seemed a mundane question and the human gave unusually cryptic answers.

One musclebound dryad, with a body made of smooth beech, twenty feet tall and half again as broad, asked the human, "Which name do others know you by?"

Well, the human's face darkened briefly before he said, "The names that others once knew me by are now dead, cursed things."

The dryad, not knowing what else to do, gave their answer and then, swiftly, their boon. The human's shoulders grew broader as his torso thickened and lengthened along with his legs. He shot up by a foot and a half, his mundane clothing not keeping pace, leaving the mortal with shorts rather than pants and a crop top that revealed the soft expanse of his stomach beneath his cloak. Then, as suddenly as it began, it stopped.

Many and great were the gifts that the human received, for he had asked for the best of the creatures in the court, and he was receiving it. Yet, he seemed almost melancholy, as though no number of boons could be enough to satisfy him. With every guess, he had a look of yearning that began to puzzle the Fae that surrounded him. Surely he could not want to be bound in service to some random creature lucky enough to guess his true name? What could he be seeking?

It was Puck, playful as ever, who asked the next question worthy of note. He made a show of dropping swiftly in the mortal's face, hanging upside down in a tangle of vines. Much like his Master, Oberon, Puck was an arrogant little thing, given to admiring his own cleverness. His first two questions were in line with that arrogance. First, he asked the mortal whether he thought that Puck had a chance of guessing his true name. Then, he asked him to guess how many of the Fae in line he had fucked. It was not unlike Puck to have a hidden edge, so all attention was on his third question.

"What fun this is! As I am a rogueish Puck,
I wonder if you have unearnéd luck.
Are you mortal, as you say,
Or are you magick, with a hint of Fae?"

The human seemed to consider this question carefully, shifting from foot to foot subtly. It was clear that he wanted to honour the terms of the game with as much exactitude as he could manage. "Though I have now earned boons from your kin, I am not a creature of magick, though there are mortal potions that have, in part, made me as I am."

Puck's eyes narrowed, then he laughed raucously, throwing his head back and crowing wildly. Then, he guessed his own name as the human's true name. An odd duck, that one. From that, the human received a boon that Puck called the Boon of the Trickster's Tongue with a saucy wink. It had no visible impact, but when Puck described it in the human's ear, it drew another blush.

Well, we all knew that there must have been a reason that Oberon kept him around despite his many mistakes.

The boons kept coming, each of them with a coy name. The human was under the influence of almost three dozen. Sometimes, it was clear enough what he had been granted from the title. He was given the gift of fast healing, a gift of stamina, and the strength of a boar, alongside clear sight, longevity, and more. Other times, the boon names were opaque and mysterious, like the Boon of the Binding Knot and the Boon of Droplessness. Only occasionally were the changes visible on his person.

The game had been going on for many hours. The human must surely have been tired, but with his newly augmented stamina, he had endured. There was a look in his now amethyst-coloured eyes, a side-effect of the Boon of Clear Sight, that was more determined than ever.

After yet another failed guess, there came a deep, penetrating growl that echoed through the moss-covered stonework of the court. The crowd parted, revealing a Fae that seemed to exude its Unseelie nature around it like a physical barrier.

His hair was long, a deep rust-red that echoed the markings under his eyes, which looked almost like bloody slashes. There were more markings on his tan skin. He wore nothing to cover his nakedness and his long phallus. His mouth was full of teeth, and he was tall and long-limbed, looking stretched out and alien, even among the many kinds of Fae gathered at the court. He stood tall.

"I believe that you are ready for me, now that you have the boons that will allow you to survive me," the Unseelie Fae said, with every bit of the arrogance that Oberon had shown. "They call me Amaranthus. You'll soon call me whatever I tell you to."

The many Fae who remained in line allowed Amaranthus to pass without complaint. Soon, he stood on the dais beside the human. With the additional height granted to him by his boons, the human's head could have just about grazed Amaranthus's chin.

The two stood face to face, sizing each other up. The Unseelie Fae smiled, his mouth uncannily broad. "Mmmm. My first request is this: may I taste a drop of your blood?"

There were cries and murmurs of protest. Fluid magick, especially when performed with the essential fluids of the body, was potent stuff. Mostly, those who had already had their turn were mad that they had not dared to do such a thing themselves. Blood magick was an especially dark discipline.

Amaranthus glared at them, seeming to grow a little larger, his muscles a little more swollen. The crowd fell silent.

The human, eyes wide, pierced the tip of his index finger with cold iron. Amaranthus took hold of his wrist, then engulfed that finger in his mouth. He curled his tongue around it, then withdrew it. He closed his eyes thoughtfully, and it was easy for all to tell that he was reading what he had been given.

Finally, he opened his gleaming red eyes and smiled. "My second request is this. May I kiss you so that I may know the truth of the tongue you speak and the language of your true name?"

This was a clever request, for Amaranthus could glean information from the human's tongue, but he would also gather his saliva, giving him access to another of his fluids. The question was whether the mortal would say yes to this request, for asking is not the same as receiving.

But, the human had already shown his devotion to the spirit of their game. Whatever he thought of Amaranthus's long tongue and sharp teeth in that wide mouth, he nodded and turned his face upwards, closing his eyes tight.

It was with surprising gentleness that Amaranthus leaned down, cupping the human's face and pressing his lips to his almost softly. He probed at the human's closed mouth, and the human's lips parted almost ecstatically. Amaranthus's long tongue penetrated his mouth, seeking and probing. Finding.

When Amaranthus pulled away, the human gave an erotic little sigh. Apparently, the Unseelie Fae had a talent for kissing. Maybe, when he lost, that would be the boon he gave this already overpowered creature that the Court had allowed to get the better of them, trusting now to this uncanny stranger to redeem them. The movement into fluid magick had a certain finality to it.

The human's eyelids fluttered as though still a little dazed as Amaranthus made his last request.

"My third and last request is this: may I taste the flavour of your desires, secreted from the middle of your favours? I promise that this will allow me to give you what you yearn for."

Another gasp went up from the crowd. The human was wide-eyed and alert. It was not because of the request, which certainly might have surprised one unused to the Fae lands, but rather because the Unseelie Fae had given the human his promise.

"All right. What I seek is worth the cost," said the human with certainty.

Taking a deep breath and drawing himself up to his full height with admirable nobility, the human reached his uninjured hand beneath his cloak. Hidden from view, he collected what Amaranthus had asked for. Withdrawing his hand, he raised it, palm turned upward, willingly toward Amaranthus's fanged maw. There was a nervous eagerness in his mien.

Again, Amaranthus pulled those fingers into his mouth, his eyes rolling back a little with the seeming pleasure of the mortal's taste. Amaranthus had tasted three of the human's most potent fluids. If he had any sort of skill or talent for such magicks, the human had granted him an enormous wealth of knowledge.

There was silence as Amaranthus and the human stared at each other once more. It drew out for what seemed like hours until Amaranthus leaned over and whispered his answer in the human's ear. He was kind enough to keep his guess secret, it seemed, for revealing a true name to an entire crowd of Fae was a sure way to ensure the eternal servitude of the true name's owner.

The magick was thick enough in the air that you could taste it. The human smiled beatifically as he was drawn to his knees by the agreement that he had made, a resigned satisfaction on his face. As he fell, Amaranthus gripped the human's shirt and trousers and tore them away.

"I have told you your true name. But right now, you're my fucktoy," Amaranthus said, his voice heavy with lust. He pulled his new human servant to his feet, tugging at the human's wrists to spread his arms and present him to the gathered court. "I accept your service for a year and a day."

The human's body was much changed by the boons that he had received, but much of his life was still written in the lines of his body. Two long scars underscored his strong pectorals. A large, newly-enhanced cock stood rampant just above his leaking slit, with generous, swollen lips betraying the human's arousal.

"You could have offered so many things in exchange for learning your true name, and you chose this. Look at you, already hard and dripping. You wanted this. I hope you don't mind that I'm not like these cute little pixies and brownies," cooed Amaranthus in the mortal's ear.

Leaving his new servant's arms hanging in the air, Amaranthus grasped at the human's chest, running his sharp-tipped claws across his servant's scars as if threatening to open them up again. The human shuddered and threw his head back. He still had yet to speak since Amaranthus claimed him. His amethyst eyes fairly shone in the light of the sunset falling over the court as they rolled around, taking in all the Fae watching his exposed body get toyed with by their Unseelie kin.

They were silent, but rapt. Even Puck did not titter at the sight of Amaranthus exploring his new possession. All day, this mortal had taken from them. All day, he had tricked them into giving their best boons to him with this impossible task. There were those among the crowd who took pleasure in seeing him claimed and debased, although they would have liked to have done it themselves. It was clear that some of us wanted to hate him; it was equally apparent that many of us admired his stones.

Except that the human had no stones. His cock had been augmented by a boon — we had seen his reactions when the Boon of Genitamegaly had taken hold and the bulge of the newly-grown organ took shape in his trousers. It still looked a little unusual, with the foreskin encircling the base as it did, and what's more, he had no sack to speak of beneath it. That delicious-looking wet slit began just where his cock was rooted.

It was here that Amaranthus's hand slid down next, ghosting over that turgid dick and slipping two fingers inside the human's cunt. He curled them and his pet mortal gasped and placed a hand over Amaranthus's. The crowd seemed to inhale all together, wondering what was about to happen. Amaranthus raised a curious, warning eyebrow.

At first, it seemed as though he might try to pull the Unseelie One's hand away, but as unwise as this would have been, it was even stranger to watch him push Amaranthus's hand harder into his mound, grinding against it with needy little mewls.

"Good slut, so eager..." said Amaranthus, and leaned in close. He licked a long, wet trail with his incredibly lengthy tongue up his plaything's throat to his face. "You know, I can't go around calling you your true name, after all, unless you want to be well and truly fucked for the rest of your mortal life. And 'slut' describes half of the bodies in this place."

That earned a chuckle from the gathered Fae.

"So I'll give you a chance to think of a truly degrading nickname that you want to hear from my lips and those I lend you out to for the next year of your life," said Amaranthus, sticking his tongue into the human's ear. "You have until I make you cum."

The human gasped, his chest and cheeks flooding with arousal. It was clear that he had already been riding hard toward his first cum on his Master's hand. But he couldn't seem to stop. The desperation was clear on his face.

Even with all the boons that he had been granted, it was easy to see him straining to come up with a nickname that he could live with for a year that met Amaranthus's criterion. His lips worked, silently trying out words. It was unclear whether Amaranthus had temporarily sealed the human's ability to speak. If so, how would he answer?

It wouldn't be long now. As Amaranthus pumped his hand in and out and the human ground his pussy and shaft against it, the human's movements became ever more urgent and uncontrolled. Finally, a cry tore from his throat just before he started to cum, squirting everywhere: "Uhhnnf, ahhh, FUCK ME!"

"Fuckme," Amaranthus chuckled, pulling his hand away and licking the human's juices with long, lascivious swipes of his tongue. "That certainly fits. And I'm happy to oblige, slut."

The big Unseelie Fae positioned his cock at the human's hole. At Fuckme's hole. He rubbed their shafts together. The Boon of Tall Standing had certainly done its work. Perhaps Amaranthus had known all along that everyone else would lose and he had just been waiting for the mortal to collect the right combination of boons to be the perfect sex toy.

Pulling the human toy toward him so that they faced each other, Amaranthus teased Fuckme's slit a little before burying himself inside of him with one perfect, long thrust. The Unseelie One lifted Fuckme's legs and wrapped them around his waist, then lifted the human's arms so that he clung to his neck.

Amaranthus walked toward Oberon's throne, perhaps a dozen steps away. Oberon was watching with great appetite as the pair approached.

"Well done, Cousin. A game well played!" proclaimed Oberon, bringing his hands together in delight.

"Yes, the game favoured me," acknowledged Amaranthus. "Oberon, Lord of Seelie Fae, as you opened this challenge, will you end it?"

"Of course, Cousin, after the tradition of ius primae noctis, mine by right of rule, is observed," purred Oberon.

"That is a tradition of the Seelie Fae, and I am not bound by it. Yet, as I am your guest, I will offer you a compromise: Fuckme's throat," said Amaranthus, as if he were being more than reasonable in refusing Lord Oberon, King of the Seelie Court. The observing Fae swore later that they saw Amaranthus's wide grin, full of teeth, grow a little wider when he spoke those words.

Oberon nodded and Amaranthus lowered Fuckme to the floor between himself and Lord Oberon's throne, nudging him forward with a gentle pat on the ass.

He knelt there on the dais, his boots, still coated in drying mud, the only articles of clothing that remained to him, his body moving to the rhythm of his new Master, Amaranthus's thrusts. He knelt with his head hung low, pistoning back and forth as he drooled on Oberon's thick cock, his lips stretched around it and his cheeks distended. He knelt between Seelie and Unseelie Lords, and though the courts should have laughed at his foolishness in coming here at all, they did not.

For though he would serve for a year and a day, Fuckme had gained what he had come seeking; his true name, known only to him and Amaranthus. Many were those that envied him his new position, and not just the one on his knees as Amaranthus and Oberon spit-roasted him in front of the gathered crowd.

Both were panting hard almost from the start, for Fuckme's boons had remade his body for pleasure. When the pair of them came, Seelie and Unseelie seed met in the middle of Fuckme's body and mingled, changing more than just Fuckme's fate that day. But that is a story for another day.
