“Okay, ready?”

“Just a sec!” I made the final adjustments to the arrangement of pillows on the bed. It wouldn’t do to smack my head when I went down, after all.

I settled into the middle of the bed, sitting cross-legged and trying not to giggle too much at what I knew was coming. 

“Ready!”

You left the room, then came back immediately, having placed a cowboy hat on your head. 

Sauntering over to the bed in a very exaggerated fashion, you suddenly shifted your stance and made finger guns with your hands, pointing your index fingers directly at me. 

“Stick ‘em up!”

Obediently, I stuck my hands up in the air.

You made a pew! pew! sound, miming “shooting” your finger guns at me.

Immediately, my entire body went limp and I collapsed onto the bed, falling deeply and blissfully into trance.
