Not all days are good days. Sometimes due to the news, sometimes due to personal reasons.

Hypnosis can be an amazing distraction those days, being mindless, putting those worries away for a while, submitting. Those trances can be amazing.

Other times, it is too much to forget. Thoughts keep popping up. Suggestions don't work. Triggers accomplish nothing.

In those times, the only thing I can do is apologize and stop. I'm told I'm not a bad sub or hypnotee in those moments. It is just not in the books for that day. Just take care.

This too shall pass, and better times will come
