Note: This story follows the events of The Dazzling Lady's Harem (Part 4): Diedre

August Jade appeared to sit cordially across from a representative of Java Joint, a lawyer on their payroll specializing in acquisitions named Cammie Connors.

Each woman maintained slightly faux smiles for different reasons. Cammie expected the owner of the Summer Jewel cafe to be unwise in the ways of a mega-franchise like Java Joint buying up everything worth owning in a small establishment to make itself stronger, as it had and continued to do over and over. August knew exactly what Cammie was there to do, and also knew why the ravings of her own blends of coffee looked appealing to a bigger company, eying the special coffee made especially for Cammie steaming near her end of the desk.

August's smile grew less-enthused as she noticed Cammie was silently refusing to partake, which hampered her plans. She fully expected the short-haired blonde to taste the popularity for herself, but she seemed stricter to keep it solely business, probably until  a formal agreement was reached.

"I think you'll find our proposal quite generous," Cammie said, passing the legal paperwork over to the proprietor. August took it, knowing whether or not she or a lawyer she'd hire read it, there was  something in-between the lines that could be exploited, or they could do something else underhanded to get what they wanted. August pretended to read it while thinking to herself.

"Right about now, it'd be nice to be able to handle things like Dazzling could. Just speaking to her, and..." August paused as she read the words "verbal contract" on the page, wondering to herself would it be hard to replicate the style her favorite customer employed. The more she thought about it, the more a genuine smile formed as she took her own black coffee next to her.

"Quite generous," August agreed. "Is this something you crafted all by yourself? I'm pretty much a layman to things like this, but I love the wording throughout."

Cammie smiled at the compliment, not willing to admit the truth. "It's a combined effort from everyone under Java Joint, but thank you."

"Well, thank you for being the messenger, but I suspect you're being way more modest than you have to be, which is why I like the phrasing 'our proposal' appealing. Because at the end of things, it does come down to the present parties making a deal. Our proposal, between you and myself," August carefully said, sipping her coffee, knowing it was strong to her liking, but beginning to add creamer to it with a black stirring straw.

"I know you're going to say 'it's an agreement between myself and Java Joint, Cammie, but I believe that will come when I meet them. Today, it's just you and me, collaborating very cooperatively," she slowly lowered her tone to the one she always used on an intoxicated Dazzling. "That's the beauty of business, something as black as coffee, and as white as creamer, coming together, coalescing, until they become of one color, of one agreeable way of thinking. Stirred together with the authority of words," August grinned, stirring her cup in slow swirls at just the right angle for Cammie to see the colors blend.

"The more words are spoken, the more the business concoction is stirred, turning every aspect of the original into an absorbed form of agreeability. You used to be one color before you stepped into the Summer Jewel, but the longer I spoke, the longer you listened, the more agreeability swirled into you, compromise compromising what was once you, making you something new, something better. Something that just leaves you with that warm feeling deep inside."

August loved the little details of Cammie's brown eyes to prove that they were moving in tight circles, at the exact pace of the influential stirring, the lawyer's head bending down to accommodate staring, part of her merely happy to hear "agreeability" over and over.

"That's right, Cammie. Agreeability, impressionability, acquiescence, all of it in you, transforming you into this new Cammie that loves nothing more than to listen and agree with the words of authoring, blending you into whatever my words want you to be. You find now that you have a thirst for my words...they leave you warm, and seeking delicious warmth wherever you may find it. And luckily, you merely have to look a little to your left for it."

Part of Cammie protested the state she was in, being told to look away from the stirring. "Shh, no need to worry, Cammie, none at all," August chastised herself as she thought Dazzling would've been prepared for something jarring to deal with. "As long as you hear my voice, the stirring never stops, the feeling never stops, you can see the stirring in your mind's eye. You can feel your thoughts stirred by my voice into utter agreeability. Even as you consume what will quench your physical thirst, you'll always consume new words from August Jade. Like the drink you're about to take, you just can't get enough..."

Lost in a stir of commands, Cammie found herself looking away, but that feeling never leaving her, smiling as she took a sip of almost hot coffee, tasting cinnamon, and something else her taste buds couldn't readily identify. But addiction never requires identification as she drowned the programming cup in quickly.

The word stirring combined with the chemical blend had Cammie happily on her knees, watching August above with glassy, grateful eyes.
Heat radiated between both women, as August feel the need to unbuckle her pants to deal with her rising temperature.

"All right Cammie, soon we're going to come to an agreement about how to safeguard Summer Jewel as best as possible, as it's new legal protector of sorts. But in the meantime," August lowered her jeans and panties in a fluid motion, beckoning. "Time to find another addictive heat to quench your thirst..."
