Soph: The visuals really add something to it.

Soph: And what about the hypnosis scene did you find so relatable, I wonder?

Soph: The way that crystal seemed to take up the whole screen -
Soph: It makes it easy to imagine how it takes up the protagonist's mind too, right?

Soph: That makes a lot of sense.
Soph: That's one of the things that fascinates me about hypnosis in media; the relatability.
Soph: It's not something we consciously allow ourselves to admit, but...
Soph: Sometimes we have too much control, too much responsibility in our lives.
Soph: It can be overwhelming, and the fantasy of being able to just give that up is... infectious.
Soph: I imagine that's part of what drew you to the scene, right?
