Wrestling a Wildcat
by Weedwhackeraccident
Another commission, this one commissioned by @iosgadur on DeviantArt! They wanted a story about wrestling and heavy resistance... Neither of which I have much experience in writing. I think this turned out well though, despite some clunky pacing.
"...Five! Looks like I win again, Wildcat~" Donna smirked, releasing her opponent from her pin. Tanya grumbled angrily and grabbed her water bottle, grumpily draining it. Donna sat back on the couch, brushing a strand of long brown hair out of her face as she grinned over at her roommate. "So what's it at now, Two to Nil~? Just one more win, and I'm off chores for a month~. Unless... You want to just give up now~? Spare yourself the humiliation~?" Tanya glared over at her. "Ha ha, you wish." She spat bitterly. Donna just grinned again and started flipping through a book. Tanya grimaced angrily. What she wouldn't give to wipe that smug look off her face. And if it was anyone else, she already would have two matches ago!
Tanya wasn't ever one to lose. Never had been. The small blonde had gone all her life being laughed at and underestimated, but she fought back. She'd been bullied in middle school once, before she punched out the kid's teeth. Sure, she got suspended for a while and had to attend some anger management sessions, but it was worth it. Nobody in that school had the guts to try her anymore. And it was the same in high school. She was never a good student, but she was a menace in sports. Instead of studying boring subjects she didn't give a shit about, she spent all her time in the gym exercising, or on the field practicing. She may be small, but she could knock out a man twice her size. Consequently, that's why she wasn't on the football team... Bastard deserved it though. And the wrestling team suited her better anyhow. She led the Weston Wildcats to championships every year, and ended up with enough scholarships to earn her into here. And she expected college life would be just the same. Get underestimated, punch their lights out, maybe get stuck in some boring therapy she'd ignore, and boom, respect. And it did work like that, mostly. Except for her roommate, Donna.
Donna was a tall, tough brunette who was almost as well-built as Tanya. The type of woman you'd never want to piss off. The type of woman who'd certainly be here on a sports scholarship. At least, that was what everyone, including Tanya, always assumed at first glance. But nope. Straight-A student all through high school, here by her academic merit as a Psych major. And she made Tanya's blood boil. The first time Tanya tried to intimidate her, the first time they arrived at college, she just looked down at her with that stupid smug grin and didn't flinch at all. And then when Tanya pushed, something unthinkable happened... She lost. She hadn't lost a fight since middle school, and day one of college this smug know-it-all has her pinned on the floor. Life was so unfair. Tanya had to fight for every bit of respect she earned, and Donna was just perfect at everything! She was tough, and strong, and smart, and beautiful... At least that's what everyone else said. Tanya didn't notice or care about her beauty at all. She hated her too much to care about how pretty she was.
Tanya tossed her water bottle away and glared over at Donna, who was infuriatingly too engrossed in her Psych textbook to notice. "Hey! Focus!" Donna looked up, smirking again. "Oh, sorry, didn't want to disturb your drinking~." She made a show of stretching as she got up. "So, ready for the final round~? Oh, sorry, I mean Round 3~?" Tanya snapped at her. "Shut up! I'm not going to lose!" Donna chuckled. "And yet you lost twice in a row... Curious~" Tanya stomped up to her. "Well that's because you're... Cheating! With your stupid little... Psych tricks!" Donna's eyes widened, and she laughed in disbelief. "Really? You think I'm cheating?" Tanya balled her fists. "Yes! Because how else would you be the only one to beat me?! You're obviously cheating with that shit you learned from being a Psych student!" Donna stared down at her, her normally smug grin turned strained and angry. "I've been fighting completely fairly, trust me. Do you really want to see what it's like when I DON’T fight fair? Do you really want to see me use some 'Psych Tricks'?" Tanya clenched her fists even tighter. She wasn't getting intimidated this easily. She wasn't backing down. "Sure! Prove it!" Donna laughed darkly. "Alright. Last round then~." Tanya fumed and backed up, beginning the countdown through gritted teeth. "Three, two, ONE!" And they clashed.
Tanya immediately went on the aggressive, grabbing for Donna. The larger girl narrowly avoided her and attempted a grab of her own. She almost got a good retaliation in, but an infuriatingly shrill exhale from Donna threw off her focus for a split second, completely ruining her attack. She grit her teeth. Usually wrestling was the only time Tanya felt in control, but not when she was this pissed. She needed to get in the zone and not get distracted. The larger girl suddenly lunged, her bright green eyes the only thing Tanya saw as she tried to pull away. But she wasn't fast enough, her movements still a bit sluggish from the exhaustion, and she was pinned. Donna started counting, that smug grin filling her voice. “One…” Tanya began trying to push her off, trying to get out of her hold. She got an arm free, but Donna pushed it down surprisingly easily. “Two…” Tanya grit her teeth. She'd had way longer competitions than this, she was not going to succumb to exhaustion this easily! With an angry grunt, she pushed herself out of Donna's arms. She grinned angrily. The fight was just starting, and she felt great. Donna was clearly just trying to make her lose her cool. And it wouldn't work.
Tanya knew how to fight taller opponents, and Donna was mostly no different. Despite her Psych tricks, Tanya had had way more experience. Soon her leg was pinned, and- You're looking exhausted~ The silky whisper slid in through Tanya's ear, and she flinched in surprise, losing grasp on Donna for a split second. Leveraging the larger girl's weight, she quickly regained advantage. Just a few good- Feeling so tired~ Her body shuddered at the whisper, and Donna slipped out again. "Hey! Stop that!" Donna narrowly avoided another grab, backing away slightly. "What do you mean, Wildcat~? Are you Getting Sluggish~?" Tanya growled and tackled her. It didn't feel quite as forceful as she expected, but whatever. Donna was pinned and- You're So Sleepy, Wildcat~ The whisper washed over her body, and for a split second, Tanya's arms relaxed, and her eyes fluttered. Donna used this moment of weakness to her advantage, pushing Tanya off and grabbing her. She pinned the smaller girl to the ground, that smug grin back. Tanya tried to get up, but suddenly noticed how wide Donna's eyes were...
Donna's eyes were staring down at Tanya, deep green and bright, and so, so intense. They were bearing down on her, like a heavy weight pushing her to the ground... Impossible to look away from... Tanya barely managed to push herself up, suddenly feeling lightheaded and dizzy. "Got lost in my eyes, Wildcat~?" Tanya growled and tackled her again, managing a pin of her own. She was staring down at Donna now, that smug grin, those eyes... "I know how much you love staring into my eyes, Wildcat~... Maybe it's because they're so strong~... Even stronger than you~..." The green depths stared into her own, their stare powerful and overwhelming. For a second, Tanya felt disoriented and trapped... Like she was the one being pinned... And suddenly she was, as Donna escaped the pin and subjected Tanya to one instead. Those deep green eyes, staring down at her... Making her feel so dizzy and weak and Sleep, little Wildcat~ sleepy... Tanya could feel her body growing so sluggish... What was going on...?! Wait... Donna was hypnotizing her! No!
With a burst of adrenaline, Tanya threw her opponent off of her. "C-Cut it out!" Donna just laughed. "Cut what out~? Making You feel Sleepy, Wildcat~?" Tanya felt a tingle run down her back. A very soothing tingle... She grit her teeth, trying to ignore it... Leaving her wide open for Donna to get her in a headlock. No, she wasn't going to fall for this! She wasn't going to get- scritch scritch A rhythmic scratch just below her ear completely derailed her train of thought. scritch scritch It felt oddly good... scritch scritch Good little Wildcat~ Felt nice... No! No it didn't! She tried to throw Donna off, but only managed to wriggle out. "STOP... HYPNOTIZING ME!" Donna laughed. "You wanted to see what me playing dirty was like~... Now, Submit" SNAP A wave of tingling lethargy flowed through Tanya's body. Her muscles relaxed, and she almost collapsed to the floor. Submitting sounded so nice... She was so exhausted... So tired... So sleepy... Her eyes fluttered, slowly closing... The last thing she saw was Donna's smug grin... That stupid grin... That stupid FUCKING GRIN! SHE WAS NOT GOING DOWN THAT EASILY! Her rage overpowered the trance, and she yowled, tackling Donna to the ground. Finally, that smug grin was gone!
Tanya was more determined than ever to take Donna down. Before the brunette could react, she had her pinned to the ground. Ah, she looked so scared. Calm down, Wildcat... Tanya wasn't listening to those whispers anymore! She was focusing entirely on pinning her down, on staring at her face, on those eyes... No, not the eyes! They were so wide... So deep... But she wasn't looking at them! She had to keep Donna down. A soft scritch scritch made her arms feel fuzzy, but it didn't matter! Just had to count to 5, and she'd win! Listen to me, Wildcat~ She continued to ignore the whispers. But they slipped into her mind regardless... "ONE..." Feel my scritch scritches, Wildcat~... It was so hard to look away from those eyes... "TWO..." Each scritch scritch drains your energy, Wildcat~ scritch scritch The eyes were so powerful... She was becoming so dizzy... But she had to keep pinning... Had to keep pinning... "THREE..." Growing so sleepy, Wildcat~... All your energy scritch scritched away~... She could hardly tell what was happening... Were Donna's pretty green eyes really swirling, or was the room just spinning...? Was she spinning...? It didn't matter... She had to keep pinning... "F-FOUR..." Keep listening to my whispers~... Keep feeling my scritch scritches~... Keep staring into my eyes~... And keep falling, Wildcat~... Everything was whirling around... Was she floating now...? She could barely see anything except hypnotizing green... She could hear her blood rushing in her ears... Or was that Donna whispering...? Didn't matter... scritch scritch Didn't matter... Just one more second... Had to keep pinning... Keep pinning... Pinning and Spinning... Pinning and Spinning... "F-Five...! I win...!" The room was starting to stop spinning, and Donna sighed. "Fine... I Submit, Wildcat~..." scritch scritch. SNAP.
Tanya suddenly felt her entire body melt away. Every muscle relaxed, her eyes fluttered shut, and the roaring in her ears stopped. "N-No...! I... Won...!" Donna's voice floated around her from some far-off void. "That's right, little Wildcat~... You won~... And now you can Relax~..." Tanya's body was hardly responding, but she refused to fall. With every bit of willpower she had left, she held herself up. But her arms were shaking more and more... She hardly felt real at this point... Just pure spite in a void of gentle relaxation... "N-No... no..." Donna's voice sounded practically angelic now. "It's fine, Wildcat~... Just let yourself Sleep~..." scritch scritch Tanya grit her teeth... If she even had them anymore... She wasn't going to sleep... She had to resist... She forced her eyes open... And began falling deep, deep, deep into powerful, shining emerald depths... "Nnnnnmmnmrrjgg..." She couldn't even speak... No matter how much she resisted, her body was lowering down, inch by inch, into Donna's arms. "You deserve a rest, Wildcat~... scritch scritch Sleep, Wildcat~... Sleep~..." And with a final blink, Tanya's resistance vanished, and she collapsed into Donna's arms... It was so humiliating... But... So comfortable... It felt... scritch scritch so nice...
Donna carefully picked up the sleeping Tanya and gently laid her on the couch. She panted, smiling. "Ahh... Aww, you look cute like this, Wildcat..." Tanya's body was relaxed and limp, a small, dreamy smile on her lips. "...You haven't gotten a good sleep for a while, have you? I always hear you exercising at night... I think you really needed this." As she smiled down at her hypnotized roommate, her usual smug smile far more tender, she had an idea. "You know... We are learning about hypnotherapy in class soon... Maybe I could use you as a test subject~..." She grinned mischievously, then knelt down, gently stroking her hair. "You'd really benefit from a better way to handle anger... I think you'd be a lot more comfortable with yourself that way.
And besides~..." She gently scritch scritched Tanya's ear, eliciting a sleepy purr, "...A domesticated Wildcat sounds very fun~..."
