For today’s prompt I decided to make my first hypnosis file! I’ve recorded my very first scripted induction, which uses forest clearing imagery and has proven effective in the past. Includes suggestibility tests, fractionation, mantras, and a wakener; no lasting triggers or suggestions. I’ve made an SFW version and an NSFW version; the latter includes guided masturbation, light D/s language, and an exhibitionist fantasy. The full script for the NSFW version is below. Hello there. If you’re listening to this hypnosis file you probably already know what to expect, but in case this has found its way to any hypno newbies, I’ll talk it through with you a little bit. So, hypnosis is a state of mind where you’re very open to outside direction and suggestions, and where your perceptions are very malleable. It’s possible to hypnotise yourself, but people typically get put into a trance by a hypnotist. I maintain that anyone can be hypnotised, but it certainly helps if you’re a creative, imaginative person, at least in my experience.

It’s not mind control, although if you go deep enough it might feel like mind control - and some people enjoy that feeling. But you have agency as a subject, and you have a right to resist and refuse a suggestion that makes you feel uncomfortable. Think of it as there being a corner of your brain that I can’t touch, or influence in any way, no matter how much control I have over the rest of your brain. That part acts as a failsafe, there to keep you safe.

I wrote up this induction when I started out as a hypnotist, themed around a forest clearing - the perfect setting for lots of relaxing vibes, to put a subject into a nice deep trance quickly and easily. It’s proven to be very effective when I’ve used it with subjects in the past, so I thought I’d record it and distribute it to the masses! We’ll start out with some suggestibility tests, to get an idea of your responsiveness as a subject, and then move onto the induction. Once I’ve brought you into a trance, I’ll periodically bring you out in order to ask you how you’re feeling and what the experience is like for you. I’ll deepen the trance by fractionating you (bringing you in and out of trance rapidly), and having you repeat some mantras to reinforce your state of mind.

Hypnosis can be used to put triggers and suggestions in your mind, often just for fun, to play around with your perceptions and responses. I won’t be doing that in this session - the only trigger will be to put you back into trance rapidly, which I will remove at the end of the session. There will also be a more erotic portion of the session which involves light dom/sub play, as well as masturbation; whether you do so literally or merely imagine yourself doing so is up to you. If you don’t feel comfortable with that, feel free to check out the SFW version of this recording that cuts that part out. At the end of the session I’ll awaken you fully from hypnosis, leaving you alert and refreshed and ready to continue your day.

If at any stage you need to stop the session, for whatever reason, you’ll be able to, no matter how deep you go into trance. That failsafe in your brain will be able to act and intervene on your behalf, whether you’re uncomfortable with a suggestion or phrase I make, or whether there’s an outside interruption, like someone knocking on your door. Otherwise, relax and enjoy the experience, and I hope you have a fun, interesting, pleasant time!

We’ll start with a couple of suggestibility tests, which do exactly what it says on the tin - they gauge how open to suggestible you are before entering trance. If they work, it’s very encouraging, but if they don’t, that doesn’t neccessarily mean the actual hypnosis won’t work either. Some things work, some things don’t. Human brains are weird and fascinating like that.

I’d like you to stretch your arms out in front of you, parallel with each other, and make fists with your hands. And now close your eyes. And imagine that in one hand, you’re holding an empty bucket. And in the other, you’re holding a balloon, which is just bobbing in the air above your hand. You can picture them vividly. You can feel the bucket handle in one hand, and the balloon string in the other. You know what material your bucket’s made out of - plastic, metal, whichever. What colour is the bucket? What colour is the balloon?

And now I’m going to just start pouring sand into the bucket, gradually filling it up. More and more by the second. You can feel how it gets a little heavier each second. And at the same time I’m going to fill that balloon with helium, and it’s getting lighter and lighter by the second. The more helium it contains, the more it tugs upwards into the air. And with every bit of helium I put in the balloon, I put more sand in the bucket.

The balloon’s so light now, and the bucket’s so heavy now. And I want you to open your eyes now, and notice where your arms are.

How did that feel? Were you surprised to see where your arms had ended up? Were you aware of them moving?

Let’s try another. Hold up your hands in front of you and clasp them together. And I’d like you to extend your index fingers, and point straight upwards. They should be parallel to each other. Good - and now I’d like you to simply stare at the space directly between them. Gaze into that gap. And as you stare, imagine there’s a magnet on the tip of each finger. A very powerful magnet on each index finger, and they’re drawn to each other. And they’re pulling together, slowly but surely, gradually getting closer and closer as you stare into that empty space.

And as you watch, that space is getting smaller, as those magnets get closer, and your fingers are pulled closer... until they finally touch. And that magnetic force is so strong, you find you can’t pull your fingers apart. That pull is so powerful, you can’t separate them. It’s simply impossible. Until I say, ‘release’ - and the magnets disappear, and your fingers are free.

How was that? Did you find your fingers moving without any conscious input from you? Did you find you couldn’t move them at all when they were magnetised together? Was there a little bit of give, was there some wiggle room, or were they simply stuck, glued together? Did you notice how they were freed the second I said ‘release’? That’s all the power of your own mind.

Those are just a couple of fun little demonstrations of how hypnotic suggestions work, and how potent they can be. Hopefully that’s given you a little bit of an idea of what hypnosis is going to be like, and prepared you for this experience. Even if they weren’t that effective, they should have primed your mind a little to be more open to suggestion.

So, without further ado, let’s get on with the actual hypnosis!

Get yourself nice and comfortable, whether you’re sitting or lying down - shouldn’t matter either way. Keep your eyes open for the time being, and find yourself a point to stare at - on the ceiling, or the wall, or the camera on your laptop, whatever. And if you’re ready to follow my words, let’s begin.

I’d like you to picture a forest clearing. You’re standing in the middle of this wide clearing, and all around you are tall trees, leaves all different shades of green, reaching up into a bright blue sky, clear except for a few small clouds. It’s a pleasant spring day, and the sun is shining down on you warmly. There’s a light breeze stirring the trees, the branches swaying gently. There’s no-one else around, not for miles and miles. You have this beautiful clearing all to yourself.

And a little way in front of you, you see an enormous tree. It towers over you, and its thick roots are spread across the forest floor. It’s sitting on a slight incline, and the roots have formed a person-sized nook. And you can see that the nook, on that grassy incline, is the perfect shape for a seat, or a bed. It’d be so comfortable to sit or lie there.

And so you go over and settle down in the nook, and your body fits almost perfectly. The grass is so soft beneath you. The ground is like a warm mattress. The roots are soft and pliable, not hard and unyielding like you might think. It’s easy to settle down. It’s easy to get comfortable. It’s easy to relax in this cosy little nook. Isn’t that right?

And you just lie there, nestled up next to this tree, and gaze up at the gently swaying branches, and listen to the noises of the forest. The chirping of nearby birds. The rustling of the leaves in the breeze. The faint gurgle of a flowing river in the distance.

And as you listen to these sounds, you grow more and more peaceful. More and more relaxed. More and more dreamy. And as you watch the branches drift back and forth above you, you grow more and more dazed. More and more spacey. More and more entranced. Do you notice yourself getting relaxed and spacey?

And you feel the roots beneath you. Behind your head. Beneath your legs. Under your back. Like they’re surrounding you, wrapping around you, holding you snugly. But that’s even more comfortable. They’re not tight, not restrictive. They’re just giving you a hug, keeping you warm and cosy, like a blanket. Making you even more relaxed. Aren’t they?

Good. Safe and secure. No-one to find you. No-one to disturb you. You can stay here as long as you like, and enjoy how this feels.

So deeply relaxed now, listening to the birds and the breeze, watching the wavy branches, warm and safe in the tree’s embrace. Nothing to worry about, nothing to think about. And you drift down, sinking into a blissful state, lulled into a trance by the peaceful forest. And your eyes might feel tired, your eyelids heavy, and that’s fine. That’s quite understandable, when your body’s so completely relaxed. Following my words, as they continue to guide you.

And as I count down from five, you find yourself going to sleep, nestled here in this cosy nook, listening to my voice, so calm and contented.

Five. Surrounded by relaxing sounds. Four. So happy and relaxed. Three. So peaceful and mindless. Two. Sinking deep. One. Sleep.

Very good. Drifting peacefully. Following my words. Mind so relaxed and empty. Calm and vacant. Blissful and blank. Isn’t that right?

Good. And sink deeper.

It’s easy to speak, even deep in trance. It’s easy to respond to my questions, to tell me how good you feel, to say what I tell you to say. Say ‘yes’, and sink deeper.

So easy to sink. So easy to drift. So easy to follow. And it feels so, so good. You could stay like this for a long time. You want to stay like this for a long time. Don’t you?

Good. And sink deeper.

You want to come back here, down to this wonderful trance. You want to be able to come back fast, to drop deep at a moment’s notice. Doesn’t that sound nice?

Good. And sink deeper.

And when I wake you, I can just say ‘sleep’ to you. And you’ll find that when you hear me say ‘sleep’, your mind relaxes completely, sinking right back down, all the way to this deep peaceful place. Even deeper, in fact. You’ll go further into trance every time I send you back down. And you like that idea, don’t you? Very very good.

And now I will count up to five, and when I reach five, you will awaken, feeling so wonderful. So refreshed and energised, so happy and contented. But whenever I say ‘sleep’, you’ll instantly drop back down into a deep, blissful trance.

One. Still so deep in trance. Two. Slowly drifting up. Three. More awake and aware every second. Four. Energy flowing back into you. Five. Fully awake again now.

How did that feel? Do you think that worked well? The forest imagery work for you? Scale of 1 to 10, how hypnotised did you feel?

That’s very good! A good start. I’m confident that you’ll sink deeper into trance, each time you... sleep. Sinking back down, further and further. Even deeper than before. More and more relaxed. More and more peaceful. More and more entranced. Very good.

You love how this feels. So much so, you find yourself smiling. And sink deeper.

And you know I’m the one making you feel this way, with only my words, drawing you down deep into trance, taking you deeper and deeper by the second. It doesn’t feel like you can stop yourself. It feels like you have no control, over how deep you sink. I have that control. And you’re enjoying that, aren’t you? Good.

You like that I’m in control. You love how it feels to give up control, to let me guide you deep into hypnosis. You find yourself saying, “I love being hypnotised.” You find yourself saying, “I love being controlled.” And that makes you smile, doesn’t it? Very good.

And it’s so exciting to be controlled, that you can’t help but grow aroused. Isn’t that true? And you might want to touch yourself - but you can’t just yet.

And now, rising so easily from trance and awakening as I count, one, two, three, four, five - awake. And tell me a little bit about how you feel, and what you think of the experience so far.

Sleep. Sleep now. Dropping all the way down, deeper and deeper. Down, down, down. Down, down, down. So deep down, you can’t remember how to come back up. So deep down, you can’t remember why you’d want to come up. So deep down, you can’t remember what ‘up’ is. What is ‘up’? You don’t know.

There’s only down. Down, down, down, all the way into deep trance. Following my voice, letting my words guide you, under my control, loving every moment, getting so turned on. Good.

And just as I can bring you down with one word, I can awaken you with one word - just the simple word ‘wake’. And when you hear me say that word, you’ll come out of trance, refreshed and energised. Find that will happen now, as I say, ‘wake’.

Welcome back? How you doing?

Sleep. All the way back down, losing track of whatever you were saying or thinking, letting go completely. Good.

Wake. Awake and alert for me. Hello there!

Sleep. Melting back down into mindless bliss. Very good.

Wake. Hi! Sorry, did I interrupt you? How are you feeling? Do you notice how much harder it is to wake up each time?

Sleep. Back down deep for me, calm and comfy, relaxed and happy. Very very good.

Wake. Feeling a bit frazzled now? Dazed and confused? This is fractionation. It’s so much fun. Do it enough times, and you’ll still be in a trancey daze even when you’re awake. There’ll be next to no difference between wake and sleep.

That’s it. So peaceful and mindless. So relaxed and compelled. So calm and controlled. So entranced and horny. Sinking deeper and deeper.

And I’m going to ask you to say some phrases, some hypnotic mantras that make you sink deeper. And as you say them, they become more true. As you say them, they grow more real to you. Do you understand?

Good. And sink deeper. And repeat: “I’m open and comfortable. I’m calm and contented. I’m blank and mindless. I’m happy and hypnotised. I’m cute and compliant. I’m spacey and submissive. I’m completely controlled. I’m horny and hypnotised.” Finding those words are true. You’re feeling very blank and mindless, aren’t you? You’re getting very horny, aren’t you? Good. And sink deeper.

Your hands start to move freely, as if they’re not under your control. But they know just where to go. They know just what to do. They know just how to touch you. What are your hands doing?

Good. Lying in the forest, touching yourself. No-one around for miles. No-one to catch you. No-one to disturb you. You’re safe to touch, and tease, and toy. You can caress, and stroke, and satisfy yourself, as much as you like. You’re alone, with only my voice, and the trees, for company.

But even though the clearing is deserted, and will remain deserted, you can’t help thinking - someone could come along, at any time, and find you here, being so naughty. And knowing that makes it hotter.

You can’t stop anyway. Your hands are out of your control, being puppeteered by me. You feel helpless. You feel exposed. You feel naughty.

And as you tease and play, sink deeper, and repeat: “I’m under your power. I have no control. You are in control. I love being controlled by you. I’m happy to obey you. I’m your entranced plaything. I’m your mind-controlled puppet. I’m your hypnotised pet.”

Good. Feeling such pleasure and arousal. Knowing it’s me making you feel this way. Feeling such affection towards me. And sink deeper, and repeat: “Being hypnotised is wonderful. Being hypnotised is relaxing. Being hypnotised is blissful. I love being hypnotised. Being hypnotised turns me on. Being hypnotised makes me horny. Being horny makes me hypnotised.”

Notice how true that is. Notice how each feeds into the other, trance and arousal. Notice how, the more you touch and tease, the more you turn yourself on, the deeper into mindless bliss you sink. And the deeper you go, the better you feel, and the better you feel, the deeper you go. Being hypnotised makes you horny, and being horny makes you hypnotised. Repeat those again. And keep repeating that, over and over, as you work yourself up more and more, and take yourself deeper and deeper. Closer and closer to the brink. Further and further into trance. Cosy and comfortable, lying in the warm, peaceful, secluded forest clearing.

And if you want to give yourself an orgasm, you can go ahead and do so when you’re ready, when you’re deep down in the deepest depths of trance, completely immersed in trance. Stop repeating, and just relax there and enjoy how this feels, and drift in empty, peaceful bliss for a little while. Knowing you’re safe, knowing I’m taking care of you, knowing you have full permission to enjoy this incredible experience.

And now, I’m going to slowly awaken you, and as I do, you’ll come fully out of hypnosis, your mind back to normal. You’ll no longer drop back down when you hear me say ‘sleep’. And you’ll feel relaxed and refreshed, alert and energised, ready to continue with your day with renewed resolve and greater focus. I’m going to count up to ten now, and with each number you’ll grow more awake and alert, and rise higher out of hypnosis. One, starting to float upwards. Two, feeling yourself rise up from trance. Three, a little more awake with every moment. Four, higher and higher. Five, coming up towards full wakefulness. Six - you might be able to open your eyes now, even if you’re still quite trancey. Seven, more and more energy flowing into your body all the time. Eight, almost fully awake now, feeling so so good. Nine, happy and satisfied and full of energy. Ten - fully awake.
