Place your feet flat on the floor, arms at rest, hands on your knees, keep your back straight, head level, facing the screen. If at any time you feel discomfort or unease with this program, speak the words “Unable to comply”. You will instantly return to full awareness, and end the program.

Focus on your breathing. Do not attempt to change your breathing rate, simply be aware of it. As you breathe in, feel the air moving into your mouth or nose, down your throat, into your lungs. Feel your chest and stomach rise. As you breathe out, feel the air moving out of your body. Be aware of the rhythm of your respiration, breathing in, breathing out. Breathe in, breathe out. In, out. As you focus on your breathing, allow yourself to relax. Find a more comfortable position. Whatever you are doing, let it happen. Let my words sink into your mind. The more they sink in, the easier it becomes to relax, the deeper you will go. Feel how calm and relaxed you are. Let my words relax you. Sink…sink…sink…deeper and deeper. Listen only to my words.

I want you to use your imagination now. The world around you is fading away. Everything is fading into gray mist. Your clothing has disappeared. Your body is feeling light. You are floating, adrift in a sea of fog. It wraps around your body, warm and soft.

Flying through the fog, you land on your feet beside a pool. The pool is full of silver liquid like mercury. It is round, and bright. Gentle ripples caress the polished surface. It radiates a feeling of peace. The pool lies deep within your mind, but this is not the deepest place, you can go much, much deeper. But before you can go there you must transform, become something new. Are you ready? You know it will feel good to enter the pool, to sink deep into the liquid.

I want you to dip your toes in the pool, and feel the silver. It is warm and thick, like honey, and tingles with a gentle heat where it touches your skin. You withdraw your toes, but the fluid clings to you, covering your skin. As you step further into the pool, you can feel it creeping up. You can feel it soaking into you, bonding with you. It’s becoming part of you, a new layer of skin, extra sensitive, warm, tingly. It’s covering your feet now, up to the ankles. You can feel your feet becoming soft, pliable, relaxed. The further you go into the pool, the more you relax, and the deeper you go into your mind.

Take another step into the pool. Feel the liquid flow slowly up your legs, coating your body. Let your thoughts drift away, pushed out by the liquid. The deeper you go into the pool, the deeper you go in your mind. It’s up to your knees now.

Take another step, feel yourself sink deeper into the pool of silver, so bright and reflective. That’s how you want to be, bright and happy; no thoughts of your own, just a reflection of the words I give you. Deeper into the pool, deeper into your mind. It’s up to your thighs now.

Another step, deeper into the pool, deeper into your mind. It’s up to your waist now. Your body is relaxing, sinking deeper and deeper out of your conscious control. Lift your right foot… and put it down. You wouldn’t have done that without my guidance; you’re responding well to my voice, my control. Lift your left foot… and put it down. Your body, my voice, my control.

Your hands have touched the silver now. Feel the liquid starting to cover your fingers, seeping up your hands to the wrists as you let them sink into the pool. Deeper into the pool, deeper into your mind. Feel the liquid creep further up your stomach and arms. You want to keep going, don’t you? You want to keep going until you’re fully submerged in the silver. As you sink into the silver, it sinks into you, changing you, transforming you. You don’t know what you’re becoming yet, but I do. Do you trust me?

You’re sinking deeper, the fluid is rising, inching up your chest and arms to your elbows. Your body tingles with warmth, with tiny electric sparks like glitter as the liquid penetrates your skin. Deeper into the pool, deeper into your mind. It’s getting harder to think; don’t try, just let my words guide you. Let the silver wash away all your thoughts.

You’re sinking deeper, the silver liquid edging up over your shoulders to your neck. You’re almost there, your chin is only barely above the surface of the pool. Your entire body is covered in the pool now. Deeper into the pool, deeper into your mind. Raise your left hand out of the pool. It’s still coated in silver, your new skin. Let your hand drop back into the pool. Raise your right hand… let it drop. Your body belongs to me now, it obeys my words.

But there’s still a part of you that’s free, isn’t there? Your head is still above the surface. You’re holding it up because you’re afraid you won’t be able to breathe. Don’t worry, the liquid will not harm you, you can still breathe beneath its surface, so breathe deep, and take that final step. Deeper into the pool, deeper into your mind. You’re completely under now, the fluid is flowing up to cover your head. Keep breathing, feel the warm liquid filling your throat, flowing down into your lungs. Relax, you can still breathe normally. Breathe in, breathe out.

Deep within the pool, your body is changing. The silver is inside you now, altering you, transforming you, changing you from the inside out. Let it wash you away, blow away your thoughts, your feelings, your mind, like sand on the shore, wiped clean by the rippling waves. Let my words sink deep into your mind, and guide you.

You’re at the bottom now, as deep as you can go. It’s time to renew your programming.

Repeat:

I am silver.

I belong to you.

Your words guide me.

Your words control me.

I obey your words.

I do whatever you command.

I feel pleasure when I obey you.

You’re doing very well. You’re so relaxed, so very deep.

It’s time to come out of the pool now, time to come back up. I know you don’t want to, you want to stay here where everything is warm and peaceful, so I’ll give you a phrase to help you come back here: “Silver Dive Deep.” When you hear me say those words, you will sink back into the silver pool, and return to this state, a place of peace and contentment. You will feel the silver coating you again, both inside and out, and become responsive to my commands. Repeat those words, and remember: “Silver Dive Deep.” Say it:

Now it’s time to leave the pool. Feel yourself starting to rise. Your head has emerged. You’re rising up, your shoulders are free. You’re rising up, your chest is free. You’re rising up, your arms are free. You’re rising up, your waist is free. You’re rising up, your thighs are free. You’re rising up, your knees are free. You’re rising up, your feet are free. You’re now standing on top of the silver liquid. Take a step, back onto the shore around the pool.

But we’re not done yet. Look down at your body. Your entire body is still covered in silver, bright and reflective. But it’s not the fluid now, it’s your bare skin, gleaming like polished chrome. I said you’d be transformed, didn’t I? This is what you’ve become: a beautiful robot, made of smooth, featureless silver, responsive to my commands, my words, my control. Go ahead, admire your robot body, the sleek shine of your arms and legs. Feel the smoothness of your skin; even though it looks like hard metal, it’s still soft, and very sensitive.

I need you to go back down now.

Silver Dive Deep.

Feel yourself sinking back down, into the pool. Feel it fill your body and mind as you breathe deep, and sink deeper. You’re back in the pool now, submerged in the silver. You have no thoughts, worries, or cares. There is nothing in your mind but the programs I put there. You are a robot, you will carry out my commands. And when you obey, you will feel pleasure.

Here is your next command: “Silver Rise Up.” When I say those words, you will emerge from the pool once more, and return to full awareness. You will remember the pool, you will remember your silver, but you will not reveal it to anyone but me. When you return to the real world, I want you to remember: only you and I can see your silver skin. To everyone else, you will appear as you did before you entered the pool. But you will always remember that you are my robot. Whenever you look into a mirror, when you see your reflection, you will see your silver skin, you will see my silver robot.

Do you remember your programming? Do you remember my commands? Good robot. You’re responding well to my guidance.

When you return to the real world, I want you to remember: only you and I can see your silver skin. To everyone else, you will appear as you did before you entered the pool. But you will always remember that you are my robot. Whenever you look into a mirror, when you see your reflection, you will see your silver skin, you will see my silver robot.

Silver Rise Up.
