Four Days on Lake Stillmind
Reflection
by Scalar7th
"Breathe, slow and easy, that's right. All of you. Slow and easy, and come back into focus. And wake, now, gently."
Jon was talking, and it was just too easy to listen to him. It was sunset, after dinner. The four of them were kneeling in a row, Jon was standing in front of them.
And it was the four of them, again. Red looked over at Kaz, who was not, it turns out, an oversized human-shaped puppy. Kaz was looking at her own hands. Red wondered if she was planning to bury her face in them, but instead she just looked up at Jon.
"Thank you."
Of all the things Red had expected to hear Kaz say, that was not one of them. The expression on Mac's face suggested she didn't expect that, either.
"You're welcome," Jon replied. His grin was infectious. "I promise you, the pleasure was truly mine."
Nat giggled. "I think we all had fun."
Mac got to her feet. "It was definitely a day. And I think it's getting late enough that it's time to turn in."
Kaz was next to stand. "I feel like I've been running around all day. Probably because I have, right?"
"Probably," Nat replied, bucking the trend by sitting down and crossing her legs instead of getting up to her feet. "You were super cute, though. Fun having you run around like a German shepherd."
"Doesn't have to be the last time," Jon pointed out. "But for now, I want to have some words with Red."
Red, the only one still on her knees, stared "Me?"
"Four of you, four days." Jon stepped closer and offered her his hand, which she took, rising to her feet. "Tomorrow's your day."
"Yay Red!" Nat said from her place on the ground, clapping with glee.
Mac cleared her throat. "I think we all need a good night's rest."
Jon nodded. "Absolutely, we all do."
"So where are you camping, Jon?"
"Oh, I figured I'd just share with you four tonight, instead of heading back to my own site."
Kaz laughed. "You had to ask, Mac."
"There's not exactly a lot of room in these tents as it is," Mac said, a bit plaintively. "A third body could be a challenge."
Jon nodded. "Which is why I'm so grateful for you, and Kaz, and Nat, offering to room together so Red and I can have a little privacy."
Kaz, Nat, and Mac started to object. Jon gave Red a little wink and raised his voice to be heard over the three of them. "Do you walk in your sleep?"
Red had been moving through a fog, or a daze, or... something, for some time. Everything of the past hour seemed a bit of a blur. The five of them had packed up the camp, helped Kaz move her things to the other tent, and then had a nice little walk up to the cliff to watch the sun set. Jon had come up with a phone from his pack, and, while there was no reception, the camera still worked fine. No one seemed to have any objection to having a few nice nude group photos taken in the fading light, for some reason.
Then they all came back down in the gloaming. Jon spoke to the other three for a moment, then took Red by the hand and into the tent. He slipped off his boxers in the dark and lay down, and Red curled up beside him, wrapping her hand around his member and stroking slowly and gently. The fog seemed to lift as he was getting hard, but she didn't stop her movements.
"So this is what it is?" Red asked. "This is what you wanted me to yourself for?"
"Not just this," Jon replied, "but this is a good start. No, we need to discuss your special day."
She sighed, but kept stroking. "How are you doing this to us? And why do the others seem so much more... okay with it than I am?"
"Everyone reacts differently." She could feel his shrug in the dark. "You seem pretty enthusiastic, most of the time."
"And most of the time I am, honestly. Really. Especially when you're around. Just when you're not nearby, or like just now when I come out of the fog, I feel... Different, I guess."
"As for how I'm doing it..." He adjusted his position, she adjusted her grip, and he sighed happily. "It's tough to explain magic other than just saying, 'magic,' but... okay." He gave a little moan. "Oh that's great. Ah. Imagine a spiral staircase. You're an actor, you can visualize that, yeah? A stairway going around and around from the ground floor?"
Red nodded. "Okay, sure." She pictured exactly what he described, a spiral stair from the ground floor up.
"Now when you walk into the building, the window is angled just right..." He paused to catch his breath. "... that you can see the reflection, perfectly."
"Sure." She pressed tighter to his side, kissing his shoulder lightly. She could picture that image exactly.
Despite having his arm stuck between them, he turned his hand around and lightly brushed his fingertips through her pubic hair, giving her a shiver of pleasure. "Now imagine that you're walking up that reflected staircase."
"Alright," Red said, picturing herself walking up a reflection while not on the normal stair as she kissed him again.
"That's... kind of where you mmm are now. Second floor in a mirror world."
"I'm not sure that helps me understand."
"Like I said, it's difficult to explain. But I can change the reflection," he shuddered happily, "with words and thoughts and actions, like this."
Red squealed with joy as she felt him pulse inside her and the rush of his warm seed pouring into her, triggering her own orgasm as she rode him in excitement, only just realizing, and not particularly caring, that there were some steps missing. She shivered and slowly collapsed down on top of him, kissing his chest as she did. "What... just...?"
He ran his fingers languidly over her back. "I blocked your memories, so to you—"
"It was just a moment. Oh wow, that's..." She sighed. "I like that. I really do."
"But you still—"
"Sh. Yes I do, but I don't want to think about them."
He chuckled. "Alright, got it. And I think I know what my plan is for tomorrow.
She kissed him full on the mouth, then. He tasted wonderful. "Gonna share?"
"You'll find out," he said, and she started to feel very tired.
Red slipped out of the tent quietly, not wanting to disturb Jon. It was early, the sun was just coming up. Kaz was already there, stretching in the dawn light.
"Hey," Red whispered to her friend, causing the big woman to turn.
"Oh, hello."
"Morning jog time?"
Kaz nodded. "Everyone's asleep. Or I thought so. I didn't wake you up?"
Red shook her head. "Nah, it was just time. I think I'll go uphill to the cliff edge."
"Want company?"
"Yeah, I think so."
The two friends walked up the trail. Kaz paused near the top, looking thoughtful.
"It's your turn today, huh," she said.
"Yeah, though I don't think I'm going to be anyone's pet," Red replied gently.
Kaz chuckled. "It was actually really fun." She blushed a bit. "And... really sexy." She pointed to a stump. "He sat there, and Mac told me to suck him off, and..." She shrugged. "I just did it. It was great. Really really great. I felt love and adoration and... and fun, and I never worried that you wouldn't like me, or that you'd be upset if I didn't, I don't know, get good grades or block a tackle or something. You all just accepted and supported me and I just... knew."
Red wrapped her arms around her friend. "You have all that now."
The hug was reciprocated. Red always loved Kaz's hugs, they were powerful but gentle. But there was something special and intimate about sharing a naked embrace, in nature, in the sunrise.
"I think I'm actually happy that Jon found us," Kaz said, holding Red tightly. "I... probably shouldn't be, and maybe it's selfish of me. I know you and Mac aren't all on board, but I can't really help it."
"That's the weird thing," Red said, stepping reluctantly out of the hug. "I'm pretty sure he could make me and Mac love it. I don't know why he doesn't."
"He didn't make me or Nat love it, we just... we just do, I guess. And it's not like you and Mac weren't having fun having your great big pet."
"Oh, it's fun, for sure." Red thought about the night before. "Jon's real fun. Maybe I wouldn't fuck him without the mind control powers but—"
"But what he does with them—"
"Yeah, oh yeah." Red nodded. "I'm kind of looking forward to whatever 'my turn' actually is."
Kaz chuckled. "You know what? So am I. Though I think I'm looking forward to Nat's more." She looked off to the east, where the sun was fully up, and shielded her eyes. "Any idea what's coming for you?"
"Other than Jon, you mean?" Red grinned, stepping up beside her friend and taking her hand. "I really don't know. Guess we'll find out."
