How it raises a heroine's hackles
To be captured and put into shackles.

Some unspeakable fate

The heroine's loud exclamation
Expressed her appalled consternation,

The villainess smirked, "My impression
Is that you feel a helpless obsession

So give up your toxic repression."
"That's not true! You're insane! You're a liar!
Do you think I really desire
