Mary practically skipped home after it was time to part from her friends. I really wasn’t expecting to see Jennie or Willow or Hellen after school today. I definitely wasn’t planning on Chloe catching me at home with her mother… but… Mary grinned wider, allowing herself a playful little twirl. Everything went great! We almost got interrupted in the middle of something really fun, but it all worked out!

If there was any lingering anxiety from the close call, it was nowhere near the conscious surface of Mary’s mind.

I’ll still need to make tonight special—but I was going to do that anyway.

When she finally made it home, Mary exercised the self-control that hadn’t been working for her earlier in the day. Homework didn’t have an easy time holding her focus, but it didn’t mean that she blew it off entirely. It more meant that every time she accomplished a small portion of what she needed to do, be it a paragraph or a small handful of math problems, her attention wandered to her phone.

She resisted the urge to click on the text field that would let her send Samantha another message. Giving in to that temptation would utterly demolish any chance she had of completing what she needed for the night.

It took until well after dinner for her to be ready for the next day—thankfully an early day—and at last Mary could indulge the temptation that had been gnawing at her since she’d left Chloe’s.

“When you’re laying down for bed? Send me a text <3” Mary hooded her eyes as she hit send. Her message hadn’t even been marked as read before she tapped out the second. “I’ve been thinking about you all night. I want you to be thinking about me all day tomorrow.”

Mary collapsed back onto her bed, eyes hooded as she stared up at the white ceiling. Playing with Samantha while she’s in the bed she shares with her wife? Her thighs rubbed together. Her tongue wet her lips. That definitely takes things to the next level, right? That definitely has to have even more of an impact on her. Every little thing we do that ratchets things up higher makes her more mine, and that’s what she wants. She wants to be my brainwashed pet.

Her eyes fell closed, and she vainly tried to slow her breathing. There was no telling what Samantha was up to. It could take minutes, or over an hour to get a response. That didn’t stop Mary’s heart from beating so hard or so fast over the idea.

Nothing felt like it could manage that.

“Come on…” Her voice was a quiet whisper. “Text me back. I want to know that you’re as excited about this as I am…” A sigh quivered its way past her shining pink lips. “Please…”

Beep-a-deep!

Her phone made the telltale sound of a text, and Mary nearly couldn’t unlock it fast enough.

“Of course, Mary. I’ll let you know. I left my phone on, just like you said.”

Mary quivered, her thighs squeezing together even tighter. “Good girl, Samantha! Kiss kiss~!” The initial versions of the message were riddled with typos and autocorrect mishaps, but even if she sent it off quickly she was sure to make sure every word was exactly what she’d intended.

Samantha’s mind was too open to her to risk doing anything else.

There was no immediate response, but seeing the text change to read was enough to make Mary purr. Waiting now feels a lot easier. I know the way she reacts when I say that!

Giggling to herself, Mary tried to distract herself with planning just how to make her response to the text that was sure to come sooner than she expected every bit as thrilling as possible.

I need to make sure that she stays eager for more. I’d hate to give her any reason to stop now.

Mary purred, lazily tapping into a search bar on her phone.

A message notification from MidBlocKerr slid down from the top of her screen. “I’m really glad I got to see you after school today, bestie! Remember! Tomorrow!”

Samantha, curled up again under a blanket on her couch, tried not to keep turning on her phone just enough to check on the time. It was rarely more than a few minutes later, but this was not a night she wanted to go to bed late. It was almost tempting to go to bed early, but it felt important to make sure tonight of all nights that nothing seemed too out of the ordinary.

The last thing I need is for Chloe to get suspicious…! I don’t think she suspects anything, but… she only needs a little doubt. She glanced up at the ceiling towards her daughter’s room, letting herself quietly sigh. I can’t let her know I’m doing this… she’d never forgive me!

Reading was nearly impossible—at least if she wanted to get anything out of it. Instead, she was catching up on some of the shows she’d been streaming lately. It was easier to follow along even with her mind drifting off into thoughts of Mary so often. Scenes didn’t suddenly change because she was getting wetter.

I’ll probably need to rewatch all of these episodes later, but that’s fine. I just need to stay awake until eleven. Then I can make my way to bed… Her eyes drifted to her phone. Should I have texted her back? I don’t know what I’d say! I can’t tell her that Janice isn’t home, can I?

Guilt and shame twisted across Samantha’s face. She was Mary’s, and everything the younger woman did to her while her own daughter was home solidified that, but that didn’t erase Janice from her life. Even if her wife hadn’t so much as messaged her since she left, that didn’t mean that what she was doing was okay.

Unwilling to confront those feelings, Samantha pushed her mind back towards her television. The gripping moral dilemma of the protagonist trying to decide who to trust as she tried to work her way through a murder mystery felt a lot safer.

After another episode, with the question of who being solved, and refuted, at least twice, Samantha stood up with a quiet yawn. Alright… Late enough now for it to not be too weird…

Samantha made her way to the bathroom and brushed her teeth. Every motion felt like another thing between her and satisfaction but she couldn’t let this fling—or whatever it was—get in the way of her health. No matter how tempting it was, rushing to bed and ignoring everything else was not going to make anything better for anyone.

After a quick stop into her room to get changed into a chaste pink nightgown, then a stop in the bathroom for her mouth, Samantha paused in front of Chloe’s door. Doing this isn’t a part of my standard routine and I know it, but I’ve been putting so much focus on Mary… I don’t want to ignore my precious daughter. She lifted up her hand, and forced herself to take a deep breath.

Knock knock!

Chloe made a startled sound from inside of her room. The unmistakable sound of her fumbling around with something followed, all while she called out much louder than she needed to through the door. “Coming, mom! Sorry… I was just… busy… nnn…!” When Chloe pulled open the door, her hair was a mess. The room behind her looked as neat and orderly as ever. “Going to bed?”

“Mmhm!” Samantha’s smile softened. “Thought I’d give my little girl a hug and wish her a good night’s sleep on the way. I know you don’t need that every night anymore, or me telling you how late you can stay up, but I can still bother you a little.”

“I’m not really all that little anymore…” Chloe made a quiet, thoughtful, uncertain sound as she glanced side to side. “I’m nearly as tall as you are.”

Shaking her head, Samantha laughed as she moved forward to pull Chloe into a tight hug. Her daughter hesitated at first, unnaturally stiff, before her arms raised up to return her mother’s embrace. “Not quite! You’ll still always be smaller to me, even if I respect that you’re growing into an amazing young woman. Thanks for indulging your old mom.”

Chloe snorted as she drew back. She rolled her eyes a moment later. “I’m not short, and you’re not old. Get some sleep, Mom.”

Samantha laughed, shaking her head. “You’ll feel old when you’re my age. Trust me.” She started moving towards her room, waving a she went. “Try not to stay up too late! You have school tomorrow!”

“I knooooow, Mom…!” Chloe stuck out her tongue before quietly giggling. “Goodnight! …Thanks for not minding that I loaned Mary your book.”

For a moment, there were no words, no idea of how to even begin formulating a response. That book was how Mary was able to take control of her mind. It was the reason that all of this started in the first place, and that being because of Chloe made a lump form in Samantha’s throat.

I can’t stop things now, can I…? Samantha swallowed. If I tell her that we should, she’ll just trance me. Maybe she’ll make it so I can’t even think about it, so thinking about it makes me weak and aroused until I’m touching myself and thinking about how good it feels to be so bad…

Chloe didn’t react to her mother’s momentary daze.

Everything from the calm on her face and her patience spoke to how much she was used to these sorts of things happening.

Samantha shook her head, forcing her twisted fantasies aside.

“Of course not…! I always want to help you—and that includes your friends!” Samantha beamed. “Always let me know if I can do more, alright? Goodnight, sweetheart!”

“Goodnight, Mom!”

Chloe’s door pulled closed, and Samantha couldn’t get to her room fast enough to do the same.

Fuck! Get ahold of yourself, damn it! Samantha slapped her own face, shaking her head. You’re a grown adult! You’re a mother! You’re married! You need to… to act like it. This can’t…

Samantha’s phone was still in her hand.

There’s no way that Mary has such a tight grip on your mind so fast. You just don’t want it to stop… but that’s… you’re already losing control in ways you don’t want… you need to stop… She opened up her messaging app, swallowing as she looked at Mary’s last message. The kisses didn’t feel as fresh, but she could still feel them against her lips, burning such desire deep into her mind as her everything tightened and squeezed. How can… how can I walk away from this…?

She makes me feel so… wanted…

“I’m in bed now.” She tapped out her message, settling down with a more anxious sigh.

Now I guess I just wait—

Samantha’s phone vibrated in her hand, but it wasn’t from another message. This time it was from a call.

Mary calling.

I shouldn’t answer! If I answer while I can still… while it’s still not too late, then…

Her thumb was already reaching for the phone icon, sliding it up towards the green of an old fashioned receiver. It was a less automatic action than she wanted to admit, but the thrill of it still had her squirming.

I’m so weak…

“Hey, Samantha…” Mary’s voice was low and husky, confident, dominant, in that way that felt like fingers moving tauntingly between Samantha’s legs. She sucked in a sharp gasp of a breath, mewling into her phone. Mary’s grin was audible as she spoke. “Couldn’t wait until tomorrow to hear your voice again. Didn’t want you to wait, either.” A beat of silence, just long enough for Samantha to exhale. “What’re you wearing?”

She looked down over herself with a sigh. It was an appropriate garment to wear to give her daughter a hug, but nothing about it was sexy. “Just a nightgown… It’s nothing sexy. Frumpy, I guess? I liked the ruffles…”

“Don’t worry about that.” Mary quietly chuckled, the kind of deep, low laugh that made Samantha’s whole body shudder and clench. “I’m sure you still look good enough to hypnotize into a helpless plaything for me to use however I want, so don’t you worry about that.”

“Mnnaa-ahh…” Samantha couldn’t stop the embarrassing sound of pleasure from escaping her lips even if she was still holding on to some small part of her resolve. Her composure was gone, but that was something Samantha was more than accustomed to from the experience of being herself. “Mary… Janice is out of town right now, that’s the only reason that I could pick up the phone… We really shouldn’t… We can’t… I’m sorry, I know that I’ve been encouraging this, but—”

“Shh.” Mary spoke up, and Samantha quieted. “You’re scared. I get it. I really do understand. You’ve got all of these responsibilities, right?”

Samantha hesitated. Any response could be those words, but if she was too insistent, too unrelenting about how much they shouldn’t do any of this anymore then it felt that much more likely for Mary to drop her down.

“Y-yeah…?”

“Yeah…” Mary’s voice softened. “How could I not understand it? I know how much you care about your family. I know how kind and sweet you are. You’re worried about any of this going badly and spilling out to hurt them, even if you’re unfulfilled without this, right…?”

Again, Samantha hesitated. Mary was sounding reasonable. Incredibly reasonable. Too reasonable? She wasn’t sure if that could even be a thing in this circumstance.

“Right…?”

Mary laughed again, this time a little quieter. “See. I understand. You’re feeling all of this responsibility when we’re not actively playing, and it’s stressing you out. We could stop, but I don’t really think that’s what you want me to do. I don’t think that’s what would really make you happy in the long term. You’d just be unfulfilled all over again.

“So instead, I think we need to figure out what to do to make it so you stop worrying so much.” Samantha’s breath caught in her throat. This was the moment to hang up and turn off the vibration on her phone if she was still capable of it, and she knew it. This was a point where deciding to do nothing was a choice she might not be able to consider taking back. “I think that’s most likely to solve your problem in a more long term way… so…

“How do you think we can make that happen, Samantha?”

“M-more control…” Samantha whispered, equal parts turned on and defeated. “Condition me more… either make me… forget it… make it so worrying about it just… reinforces or… I wanted it to be slow, to take our time, but I… I don’t know if I can handle that… I don’t know if that’s what’s right for me…”

The silence was overwhelming.

There was no immediate response, but it was impossible to blame Mary for her needing a moment to decide just how to respond. It was understandable, but it still bore down on Samantha and made it almost impossible to breathe.

When she did talk, even before Samantha could process the words it was relieving.

“I can’t blame you for that. It’s not like I’ve been very good about being patient either, so I guess we stop pretending we’re going to pull it off, huh?” On the other side of the call, Mary hooded her eyes. “You’ve been feeling compelled, and happy enough to go along… but there’s still that bit of a choice there in a way that you never signed on for. That’s on me.

“Sorry.”

Samantha shuddered, her toes curling as she slowly wiggled down under her blankets. It was cold, but her body was so warm with lust, with all of her feelings for Mary, that it wasn’t taking long for her sheets to warm up.

Even if Mary couldn’t see it, Samantha still shook her head.

“You don’t need to apologize, Mary… I’ve been trying to tell myself this is all you, but… it’s not. Not at this point, anyway…” She sighed, loud enough that Mary could easily hear it over the phone. “I’m… an active participant. I… don’t… I don’t want to stop… but I… this is too hard for me. You can make it so I can’t think about the guilt without something soothing me, make it so I know I can’t say no to you… I might feel guilty about this later, but… maybe… you could make me forget that, or… I… it’s up to you.

“I don’t want to back seat drive your dominance of my mind…”

Mary laughed, and then she couldn’t stop. The mental image it conjured was too much. She saw herself in the driver’s seat of a car labeled as “Samantha’s Mind” with Samantha curled up in the back seat, telling her to take a left. Samantha whined, and her younger lover cleared her throat. “Sorry, sorry… sorry.”

Samantha shook her head against her pillow with a quiet little sigh. “No… it’s alright.”

It took Mary a few moments to catch her breath, but when she recovered the smile on her face was audible as her eyes hooded low. “Thank you. Still? I appreciate that. If we’re both having this conversation, if we’re deciding that this is where we’re going to go, together? If we’re not worrying about going slow? We’re going to push right ahead and make it so you’ll be ready to be mine even when your wife is back.”

The older woman whimpered into the phone, but it was too late for any of her uncertainty or shame to matter. What am I going to do... besides whatever she wants…?

“No reason to put it off any more.” Mary hooded her eyes. Samantha sucked in a sharp breath. “Nestle in, Samantha.”
