How To Tame A Polycule
Morning Cuddles, and Potential Pet Persuasion
by LadySunnyBunny
I hope you enjoy!
Thanks to AsphodelVeil for letting me borrow her lovely Affini from Nurture & Acquisitions
Kurt was feeling wonderfully sleepy. Cuddled up in the warm arms of Miss Bonnie and Lady Danae, wrapped in Miss Thea's vines he couldn't think of a better way to wake up. The four of them had had a fun night involving drug play in which all three florets had their touch sensitivity raised so much that his beloved Lady had blacked out several times from orgasming, and Bonnie had nearly gotten as close. Kurt loved to watch the two of them moan and wriggle as they seemed to both lean into the sensations and try to wriggle away simultaneously. Kurt knew he hadn't reacted quite the same way but he was content with that. He enjoyed sex, but an orgasm was the end of his enjoyment, and there were so many interesting spots on the way to that end. Miss Thea was rather devious, and caring enough to alter his dose. She certainly had the skills necessary to design any drug experience she wanted. It was honestly wonderfully impressive.
Heh, when everyone was awake he would tell her that.
Now that Kurt didn't spend every moment anxious - thanks to the delicious berries that were fed to him fresh each day - he enjoyed finding was to compliment the Affini around him, his new owner most of all. Kurt already loved her nearly as much as Miss Bonnie and his Lady. He couldn't imagine life without her. Getting his implant would only intensify things he was sure. The thought scared him, and he was not looking forward to the drugs necessary to adjust his body for the implant but it had to be done. As much as he dreaded the loss of awareness and the gap in his memory, Alathea Kiren was worth it. Being her pet, as well as his Lady's, was worth it. He was just so so lucky to be loved and cared for by his family. To not be anxious anymore. Miss Thea was a miracle worker, and he couldn't be prouder of her skills.
The past few weeks had been pretty magical... and things had only seemed to get better after his Lady organised the big group scene a few days ago. It felt so nice to be able to be petted and looked after while everyone got to do the big energy, big pain kink that he was just not into. It was hot enough to watch but pain was not Kurt's friend. He understood the others enjoyed it but that never translated over for him. It was curious that the Affini seemed to just accept it. Miss Thea was wonderful and understanding but it had taken him by surprise that kink was an accepted part of care that a floret might need. It made sense when you thought about the number of florets that were into pet play he supposed but pain based kinks.... well just allowing or causing pain seemed so contrary. He did wonder if this was something that made sense ina weird alien way to him. that he just didn't get. Well he was pro whatever made everyone he loved was happy. That's what mattered.
Kurt focused on the physical, using it to center himself. The feel of his lover's arms, the vines wrapped around him that felt weirdly warm and cozy. It was good to be here.

Alathea looked on with proud fondness at her hardworking floret. The minute Danae had finished up talking with Kistia about the tangle of paperwork they needed analysed, she had launched with glee into chasing down through the first batch of contracts. She was making copious notes and had a giant pile of reference material surrounding her on the table. Every so often she would dictate a message for one Affini or another, making sure to point out exactly which Terrans were needing to be domesticated, and which were just following the general contract form. Danae seemed to take particular joy in being able to point out those contracts which made slaves in all but name of the poor darlings who had worked under them. Alathea could see the way delivering natural justice made Danae glow with contentment, and the way that the trickiest contract unfolding before her animated her features. Danae was truly made happy by this complex work. She was simply adorable, a wonder that Alathea was extraordinarily grateful she had in her life.
By Danae's side Kurt was a calm counter. Collected, but able to keep up with Danae's dictation and direction he worked at a steady pace through the tasks he was given. It was obvious from they way the pair were working that they had long since developed such a natural partnership that meant there was no need for unnecessary instructions or questions that stopped the flow of progress. Beautiful to watch really. So beautiful that Alathea had been quietly watching them work for several hours while responding to messages relating to her own work. Alathea really hated to break them up, however she had received a request from an Affini who needed her specialised skills. This task would require at least one of her florets to come along, and she had decided that Kurt would be the best pet for the situation. She hoped Danae would either be content to take a break in her work, or be able to work solo for a while.
"Darlings, would it be possible to have your attention for a minute?"
The pair turned to look at her and smiled "Yes Miss Thea?" They said in unison.
"Well aren't you two positively adorable!" She exclaimed "I'm afraid I need to steal Kurt away for a little while. I have received an interesting request through a friend of a friend, about a rather hesitant Terran who could really benefit from domestication. They have some kind of genetic human disease and have refused all Affini medical interventions. I gather there is concern that Affini medicine might have downsides that the Terran would find unacceptable." She turned to Kurt to explain further. "As you drug regimen has been so carefully calibrated to give you the exact results that we want - no glassy eyes, no delayed reactions, and all cognitive functions operating for day to day life - you may be the current best example of my work. If you would consent my dear, I think also showing them parts of your medical file might also help them accept our help. Only with your consent of course!"
Kurt ducked his head, and a thoughtful expression appeared on his face. Anxiety clearly flashed across, followed by a frown, until he finally shook his head as if to clear his thoughts and looked at Danae for guidance. Danae reached over and squeezed his hand before addressing her.
"I think this would be a great opportunity for Kurt, despite being anxious he is such a good boy and enjoys helping others." She smiled up at Alathea, "Miss Thea, I think it might also be helpful if you could show how carefully you adjust your drugs to suit the situation too - maybe offer them a tester for something light? At any rate, I have more than enough work to be getting on with. Kurt is a fantastic assistant, and I am grateful for his help but I can spare him for something like this. Bonnie will enjoy waiting on me a little more, even if she won't want to chase through these contracts with me. Besides as much as I enjoy knowing that those who made such awful decisions will have their ability to do so taken away, there is hardly a rush on my work with the Affini stopping the harm that already took place." She shrugged, "Probably a number of them are now living with new Affini owners anyway."
Alathea glowed with pride, she really was the luckiest Affini. Such adorable, wonderful, darling florets, and they were all hers.
"Thank you dear heart. As always you make my proud that you are my floret. Your sweetness, intelligence and generosity are beyond compare."
Danae flushed at the compliment, and then waved it away as if to dismiss the praise in favour of more practical considerations. Alathea had noticed that while praise didn't fluster Danae the way it did to her other florets, she wasn't always comfortable hearing it either. She would need to work on that with her, as she had no intention of stopping the praise which Danae so richly deserved.
"Where are you and Kurt meeting the reluctant person? Are they on the ship? How long do you anticipate this might take?"
"They are travelling to the ship to meet with us, I didn't really want to drag Kurt away from everyone - or drag all of you with me to go meet them. As to how long this will take, I really have no idea. I think it will depend a little on how stubborn, and how scared the Terran is. I think it possible that I may invite them to meet all of you, but we will see how the first meeting goes. We are due to meet in the local park, in a quiet little spot in about half an hour."
Kurt took a deep breath and then nodded.
"OK, let's go then." He stood and allowed Alathea to gather him up. Alathea waved goodbye to Danae as she carried her lovely pet to their meeting.
