Each node is overseen by a trusted operative, referred to as an Overseer, carefully chosen for their loyalty and efficiency. These Overseers hold significant authority within their respective districts, responsible for ensuring seamless execution of Hypnoman's commands.

Under the watchful eyes of the Overseers, Sleepwalkers diligently carry out their assigned tasks. These tasks range from maintaining the covert economy, channeling funds discreetly, and managing essential services, all the while upholding the facade of normalcy in the city. The district nodes act as nerve centers, receiving and relaying information swiftly, ensuring that Hypnoman's influence permeates every corner of Engine City.

The Overseers play a pivotal role in maintaining order and discipline among the Sleepwalkers. Their authority is unquestionable, and their devotion to Hypnoman's cause is unwavering. Through a combination of strategic planning and vigilance, the Overseers uphold the secrecy of the Dream State, ensuring that its existence remains hidden from the unsuspecting men of Engine City.

Overseers utilize various channels to dispense the orders they receive from Chateau Svengali. One common method is through group chats, where they can quickly relay instructions to a group of Sleepwalkers in real-time. These chats provide a direct line of communication, ensuring that important directives are swiftly shared and understood. 

Additionally, email communication is employed for more detailed or lengthy instructions. Overseers send out comprehensive emails outlining specific tasks, objectives, or updates on Hypnoman's agenda. This method allows for a more detailed explanation, ensuring that Sleepwalkers have all the necessary information to carry out their assignments effectively.

Furthermore, Sleepwalker-controlled social media platforms serve as another avenue for communication, specifically SleepTalk. Any of these methods can be used to inform Sleepwalkers in a current area of which women are to be taken in for brainwashing or potential threats to be on the lookout for. If need be, high ranking Sleepwalkers such as Miss Mindless, Somno Siren, or Hypno Harpy can take direct command of a District Node and override the authority of the Overseer assigned to it. 

An Overseer at a district node could be assigned a mission specific to her area of operation. For example, the Overseer of the North Berlin district could be tasked with coordinating the brainwashing of the local lesbian community while the Overseer responsible for Graywell would ensure the secret takeover of Engine City University.

Beneath the Overseers would be the Sleepwalkers in charge of the neighborhood nodes who would coordinate operations within the span of a few city blocks or a suburban area. Under them are the rank and file Sleepwalkers in that particular area. Each of these areas would be a part of a larger district, the Overseers coordinating their efforts for Hypnoman's aims.
Even at the lowest level, the Sleepwalkers are incredibly efficient. Their master's control over them makes the appearance of perverse incentives and motives of self interest impossible. There is no corruption within the ranks of the Sleepwalkers, no bickering or political games.

As a result, the Dream State functions as an unparalleled organism, its efficiency and productivity unmatched by any other system. From the lowest rank and file Sleepwalkers to the district node Overseers, everyone is committed to their cause and driven by a single, all-consuming desire: To please Hypnoman and ensure his dominance.
