<Record begin> Researcher #136-499 “Dr. Marlena Klein”:  We got her. We fucking got the bitch. Never expected we’d take her in alive. Hell, it wasn’t even considered an option. She fed on one of our operatives who volunteered for the experimental blood drugging program. The operative did not survive, but we all make sacrifices to accomplish our goals here. The chemical cocktail worked wonders, subject V-6B-257 lost consciousness shortly after feeding, and operatives were in place to engage capture operation. V-6B-257 is currently being set up in the restraint system in my lab for interrogation. I’m gonna have fun with this one. <Record end>

 I think we can conclusively say that Researcher #136-499 is at fault for the subject’s escape. Her multiple severe breaches of protocol should constitute no less than total termination. Effective as soon as this report is received. Suggest research teams revise 6B documentation to include suspected mind altering effects of 6B saliva. Also suggest any future interrogation include at least two additional researchers at any one time. Subject v-6B-257 remains at large.
