@Hypno-curious encouraged me to translate this story and here you have.

It has been another day during your holidays, relaxing, running a bit, and now you are having a beer on the beach, waiting for the sunset, your favourite moment of the day.

The temperature is perfect after a very hot day, you come out from the sea and sit down in a deck chair to enjoy the sun disappearing before getting your dinner. The breeze caresses you while the sun sets on the horizon, the shadows get longer.

But something happens in your mind and your body. As the last rays of the sun brush your tanned skin, you begin to feel a heaviness, a deep tiredness. A fog is taking possession of your brain, bit by bit. It is becoming more and more difficult to think. It is becoming more and more difficult to move your body.

While you stare at how the sun hides, your worries disappear too, your cares. Your limbs become flaccid, limp. You could move them if you want but, what’s the point? You feel sooo good here. You allow the fog to invade your mind, you are feeling more and more dizzy. You can’t think. You don’t want to think. Every time you try to have a thought, it just simply “pops” and vanishes. You are becoming more empty, blank.

Your entire body is totally relaxed while you gaze at the sunset and you don’t know the reason but you can grasp an idea about what is going to happen when the sun totally disappears into the sea. Even better, you desire it, crave for it. You have the vague notion that this is not the first time you feel this way but when you try to ponder about it, the feeling becomes smoke and dissolves between your fingers.

You feel how you are completely immobilized now, how your mind is completely numbed but, at the same time, you feel pleasure, desire, excitement. The last ray of sun hits you and your eyes close, your head falls forward with a light sigh. But you only remain like that mere seconds, right away your eyelids rise but your eyes stare without seeing, it is a lost stare, glassy, nobody is at home.

You stand up and pick your stuff. You know for good where you need to head for now.
