I hope to do more stories in the HeroGuild universe. Comments welcome!

Apogee made her way across the skies of Auburnville. She had been in the superhero game for close to a decade, but this was the first time she'd flown over this city. Her normal stomping grounds were on the west coast, but she was in town for a couple days as part of a superhero conference. The city was a mix of modern and historic; a number of the buildings were older brick structures, while there were also more modern buildings made out of steel and concrete. She couldn't wait to see the headquarters of the local superteam, the famed HeroGuild Base, converted from a captured supervillain's lair back in the 1990s. It was built into the side of a mountain by the (now deceased) Doctor Cyber and expanded by HeroGuild and a contracted super called StructureSmith.

But at the moment, she was just enjoying the sunny, nearly cloud-free sky and the beautiful architecture below her. As one of the few heroes of her native Sacremento, her time was often consumed by patrols, conferences, and press junkets. She rarely had the time to just take in the scenery anymore. This visit was as close to a holiday as she has had in years.

"You look like you're in your element," a familiar voice said through her headset.

She had almost forgotten about her call with the other superhero she had flown here to see. "Hey, Seraph! I've been trying to reach you for over an hour now."

"Sorry, Apogee, but I had a last minute case that needed my attention. It's all wrapped up now. How's your flight?"

"Great, actually. I'm over Auburnville right now and the city is gorgeous. But it's a shame that you won't be joining me on my sightseeing."

"I wish I could, but organizing this conference has been a bear!" Sigil Seraph replied. "Hosting all these guest supers has been a logistical nightmare. I have some free time tomorrow night, if you want to meet for dinner. Or we could meet up at the party tonight if you want."

Apogee had almost forgotten about the opening party for the Superhero Conferences. While it wasn't a formal event, all the attendees were invited to a cocktail party at the HeroGuild Base. "I'll probably see you at the party, but I want that dinner so we can properly catch up. You still have to tell me about your new beau."

"Oh, it's just casual. Nothing serious, at least right now. But I'm glad I met him."

Apogee could hear the smile in Seraph's voice. She was about to respond when something caught her eye below. "Uh oh. Looks like trouble down there. Got to let you go," she began diving toward the street.

"Do you need backup?"

"Nah, it looks like one falling man. I got it. Laters!"

"See you tonight," Seraph disconnected just as Apogee intercepted the man's fall.

As soon as she got within arm's length, he was desperately reaching for her. She grabbed him, slowing his descent. "It's okay. I've got you."

He immediately threw his arms around her neck. "Thank you! Thank you so much!" he exclaimed. Just before they touched the ground, he added, "You can set me back on the roof, now."

Apogee reversed course, climbing back into the air. She gently put him down on the roof of the tall building. "There we go. Safe and sound." She blinked, realizing she'd intended to say that when she set him on the sidewalk.

He looked up at her. "Thank you again." Then did a double take as he quickly looked her up and down. "Holy pineapples, you're tall! Sorry. You're not bothered that I pointed that out, are you?"

At seven feet, Apogee was tall even among most supers, and having it thrown in her face was, in fact, one of her pet peeves. But she suddenly realized she felt none of the irritation that usually came when she was called on her height. And now that he was talking, she was suddenly distracted by how cute he was. "Um, no. Not at all."

"Whew! That's good," he breathed a sigh of relief. "Because the last thing I want is to offend the hero that just saved my life."

"About that," Apogee was silently kicking herself for not asking this sooner, "why were you jumping off a building?"

"I wasn't jumping, I fell!" He looked embarrassed. "I-- I was messing around on my cell, and I... kind of tripped over the edge." He gestured to his smartphone, which she realized hadn't left his hand this whole time, even while falling.

"Well... try to be more careful in the future. Now, if you'll excuse me..."

"Wait! Don't leave yet," he called after as she began to lift off. She settled back down. "I need some way to thank you properly. I know! Dinner. On me. I owe you for saving my life."

"Oh, uh, you don't have to--"

"No, no, I insist. At least let me buy you dinner. My name's Jack, by the way."

Apogee considered her response. It had been awhile since she'd had a date with someone not affiliated with HeroGuild, and Jack was really cute. Then she thought better of it. "I really can't. I'd look pretty conspicuous in this at a restaurant," she gestured to her costume. It was a one-piece form-fitting unitard covering head to toe, with the only apparent openings uncovering the lower half of her face and the top of her head to let her long ebon locks to flow free. It was black at the top, fading through shades of blue down the body to finally white at the feet. It did nothing to hide the shape of her large breasts or her well-formed butt.

"Well, you can wear regular clothes. Nobody has to know you're Apogee. I want to do this to thank you, not to show everyone I'm having dinner with a superhero. I don't even need to know your real name. Heck, you could actually use your real name and I'd just assume it's a pseudonym anyway. You don't have any plans for tonight, do you?"

Apogee blinked. Did she have plans? She couldn't think of anything. "Uh, no."

"Then it's settled!" He pulled out a business card and pen and quickly wrote something on the back. "Here's my address and phone number. Come by whenever you're ready. No need to dress fancy, it's not that kind of place." He grinned at her. "I can't wait! I bet you can't either."

She grinned, suddenly seeing that she really couldn't wait! "Okay. I'll see you later! Gotta run!" She quickly took off, hoping he didn't notice the blush she felt creeping over her cheeks.

Jack watched her ascend and disappear into the sky, before mentally kicking himself for his slip-up. "Good going, Jack," he muttered under his breath as he went inside. "Call the not-locally known super by name before she tells you. Idiot."

As he took the elevator down to his apartment, tapped a contact on his cellphone. Hearing the pickup at the other end, he stated, "Target has been contacted. As soon as I get payment confirmation, I will begin processing her."

A voice at the other end replied after a moment, "Check your account. The money has been transferred."

"I'll let you know when it's complete."

Jack checked himself in the mirror one more time. His reflection showed a young Caucasian male with sandy blonde hair and bright green eyes, dressed in a nice polo and slacks. He'd have liked to go casual, but he was hoping to impress the woman who had saved his life. He'd received a text from her letting him know she would be there soon.

There was a knock at the door. He opened it and grinned, drinking in the sight of her.

She was even taller than he remembered, towering over him at nearly seven feet. She was slender, but toned. Her ebon hair was shoulder length, straight and thick. Her dark brown eyes shone from beneath her full eyebrows. Her pale skin was flawless. She wore a black spaghetti-string minidress that showed off her cleavage and her legs. Black sandals adorned her feet. She held a black purse in her hands. "Hi. Hope I'm not late."

"Right on time. Wow, you look beautiful. Come on in." He stood aside and she entered.

Her head was swimming. She'd never met a guy who wasn't a hero who wasn't intimidated by her stature. Hell, there were a lot of heroes who were intimidated by her. "Thank you," she smiled, "for the compliment and for inviting me over."

"Hey, no problem. It's the least I could do. And I'm happy to have such great company. So, uh, do you have a name?"

"Yes," she chuckled. "I'm Melinda. Melinda Ultear." She'd meant to say "Barbara," but her real name just tumbled out. She wasn't sure why.

"Nice to meet you, Melinda," he offered her a hand. "I'm Jack."

"Just 'Jack'?" She shook his hand.

"Just Jack. And you can be just 'Mindy.' Sound good."

She normally despised being called Mindy, but coming from him, she actually found herself liking it. "Okay. Just Mindy it is."

"Alright, Just Mindy," he joked, "make yourself at home while I get us something to drink. Beer or wine?"

"Beer is fine." She sat on his sofa and watched him grab a couple beers and two glasses. She was confused by how attractive she found him. He wasn't the usual type she found attractive. She shook her head absently and muttered, "So odd."

"What's odd?" he asked as he sat beside her and opened a bottle.

"Oh!" She hadn't meant that to be out loud. "Nothing. I'm sorry."

"Nonsense." He filled the Pilsner, continuing, "Mindy, you can trust me: anything you tell me, there will be no judgment on my part. Here," he handed her the tall glass, "liquid courage. Now down that all in one go and tell me what was 'so odd.'"

"Okay," she took the beer, gulped it all down, for a fleeting instant reflected that she never does that, then found herself focused on answering. She wiped her lips casually. "I find you really attractive, Jack. And it's weird because, you know, I'm me, and you're not scared of me."

"And what part is weird?"

"The part where I'm me."

"And what's so wrong with being you?"

"I'm huge!" she exclaimed, throwing her arms out. "I'm over a foot taller than you. Most people would find that scary or intimidating."

"I'm not most people," he moved closer to her, "and you may be tall, but you're also a gorgeous woman. And so eager to please." He gently brushed his lips against hers.

She felt a tremor move down her spine as their mouths touched. She returned the kiss, pressing harder against him. Their tongues touched briefly, but she pulled back and said, "Wait, I can't."

"Why not?"

"Because I'm a super. I could hurt you."

"I have faith that you won't." He moved a hand to her shoulder, brushing the thin strap aside. "I think the real reason you say you can't is because you know you can't resist, and in the end you really don't want to."

"I-- I--"

"Mindy," he locked eyes with her, "you're not in uniform. You're not a hero right now. You're just a hot babe who wants to do anything I ask."

"...Yes."

"Say it."

"I'm a hot babe who will do anything you ask."

He kept her gaze. "All of it."

She felt a light chill cross over her brain. "...I'm not in uniform. I'm not a hero. I'm just a hot babe who wants to do anything you ask."

"You want to be anything I ask."

"I want to be anything you ask." She really would.

"You think what I want you to think."

"I think what you want me to think." That felt easy.

"Apogee and Melinda Ultear do not exist. You are Mindy the Happy Fuckdoll."

"Apogee and Melinda Ultear do not exist. I'm just Mindy the Happy Fuckdoll." They felt like faded dreams, not a part of the real world.

"That's good for now. Let's put you through your paces. Strip."

She immediately pulled her dress over her head and stood, naked before him. Her dark nipples were erect and her shaved pussy was moist. She grinned and waited for her next order.

Jack was in awe for a moment. Then he cleared his throat. "Right. Place your hands on the coffee table but keep your arms and legs straight," he commanded and moved behind her, the position leaving her torso parallel to the floor.

She bent at the waist, her ample ass sticking out. Her eyes widened as she felt his hand move across her rump. "Oh!"

"Don't worry, Mindy, I'm going to take good care of you." His fingers probed her slit, then slid further in, eliciting a shuddering moan. His fingers continued to explore her pussy, her juices dripping out. "You're getting awfully wet, Mindy."

"Yes, sir," she whimpered.

He pulled his cock out and pushed into her. "You're very tight, Mindy."

She bit her lip as he started moving in and out of her. "Oh, sir, yes, sir!"

His rhythm increased. He gripped her hips, using them for leverage. She groaned as she felt her orgasm approaching. Her hands clenched into fists.

Jack knew she was close. He grabbed her hair, pulling her upright. "Beg, doll," he ordered.

"Oh, please, sir, can I cum, sir?"

"Not yet." He continued pounding her pussy.

"Please, sir, please, may I cum, sir?" She felt as though her brain was going to melt down her spine.

"Do you really want it, Mindy?"

"Yes, sir, please, sir, let me cum, sir!"

"Very well. Cum for me, fuckdoll."

"Oh, FUCK YES!" she screamed as her orgasm slammed into her.

Jack continued to slam into her until he reached his own climax. She came twice more in that time. When he finally released his seed deep inside her, she slumped forward.

He fell back to the couch, admiring the view. After a moment, he said, "Turn around. Time to clean me up. Don't swallow."

She obediently turned and knelt between his legs, her mouth engulfing his dick. She licked and sucked her juices off his cock. He was still semi-hard, so she continued working. When she finished, she pulled back and looked up at him. "Did I do well, sir?"

"Yes, Mindy, you did. Swallow."

She did. "Thank you, sir."

He smirked her. "Stay right there and look pretty for me." He enjoyed the sight of the kneeling fuckdoll. "Oooh, I SO want to keep you. But the contract says after you've been properly reprogrammed, I have to release you back to your old life. But don't worry. You'll only have to be Apogee for a couple more months, just long enough to play the role you're given. Then you can be Mindy again full time, forever." He placed a hand on a tit, thumb playing with the nipple. "Won't that be nice?"

"Yes, sir."

He talked to her for a while more, bringing back Apogee and Melinda as roles, masks that Mindy would wear while she was out in the wild. Finally, he glanced at the clock.

"Shit. It's time. You should get dressed and go."

"Yes, sir." She stood and went to the pile of her discarded clothes. After she dressed, Jack was waiting at the door.

"Now," he reached for the knob, "who are you when you walk out of here?"

"I will be Melinda Ultear. In costume, I am Apogee."

"Good doll," he opened the door.

An hour later, Apogee entered the party at the HeroGuild. The place was packed! There were supers here from all over. She spotted Seraph chatting up a few others and made her way over. Sigil Seraph was five feet nine inches tall, wearing a white, sleeveless below-the-knee-length dress with slits on both sides up to the hip, with cleavage covered and a faux turtleneck collar. Her straight white shoulder-length hair was adorned with ephemeral sigils and glyphs that floated around the strands. She also wore a white domino mask.

"Hey, Seraph," she said.

"Apogee!" Seraph smiled and hugged her. "It's so great to see you. I've been looking for you, but with this crowd even someone your size can get lost among the throng. Have you been here long?"

"A while," she lied. "I just had to step outside for some air."

Sigil Seraph nodded, then to the supers she had been chatting with, "Guys, this is Apogee, based out of Sacramento. Apogee, meet Redshift and Zephyr. They're members of the HeroGuild's local chapter."

Apogee shook hands with the two. Redshift was a Caucasian man, about six feet, wearing a red and black skintight outfit with a stylized red S. Zephyr was an African American woman, a little over five feet, with her head shaved and wearing a yellow and white bodysuit. "Nice to meet you."

Seraph then shooed them off. "You two go mingle. Be good hosts and all that. I want to talk to my friend." As they left, she giddily grabbed Apogee's arm and pulled her into the crowd. "Come on!"

Apogee let herself be led, but was surprised by the behavior shift of her normally reserved friend. "Where are we going?"

Seraph stopped just for a second, enough time for the other heroine to catch up and stage whisper, "He's here!" before continuing to drag her forward.

"Who?" Apogee had never seen her friend like this before.

Stop. Stage whisper, "Him!" Drag along.

"Your new beau?" she guessed.

Seraph didn't stop this time, but glanced back with a big grin and a nod.

They emerged from the crowd near the refreshment table. Although several supers were milling at one end, Seraph zeroed in on the man at the other. He had his back to them and wore a dress shirt and slacks. Very NOT super attire. He was talking to a small blonde busty woman in her mid-twenties wearing a classic Sexy French Maid uniform with the addition of long-tailed tuxedo coat and black bow tie. He turned, hearing the sound of their approach.

Seraph cozied up to him. "Hey, Gorgeous."

"Hey, Sexy," he replied as he wrapped an arm around her. "Your Miss Makepeace was just filling me in on the base's support staff."

"Thanks for keeping him company, Mary," Seraph dismissed the maid, who curtsied and immediately faded into the background. She turned her attention to friend. "Apogee, this is the man in my life. Jack, this is my best friend, Apogee."

She reached out and shook his hand, recognition showing on neither of their faces. "A pleasure, sir."

"The pleasure, Miss Apogee," he replied, "is all mine."
