Chapter Five

“Your coffee, ma’am,” the pretty redheaded waitress placed the latte on the table. Kennedy smiled subtly at the woman before she sauntered off to serve other guests.

Kennedy sighed and leaned back on his chair, staring absently at his pretty pink French manicured fingernails with white tips. He had spent the last two days acquainting himself with Abby, his new six-year-old charge, and her boundless energy was enough to knock him out. The little girl was spending the day with her grandmother, allowing Kennedy a day of recovery.

After a cryptic WhatsApp message from his former girlfriend, Kayla, he found himself in a downtown coffee shop waiting for the undercover blond. He had hoped to spend all day in bed, giving himself plenty of alone time, but he was tired of posing as a vapid, 19-year-old pink-haired nanny, and if his undercover FBI agent ex-girlfriend had information that could put an end to their mirage, he knew he had to see it through.

Kennedy brought the coffee glass to his plump pink lips and took a sip, glancing over at the clock on the wall. It was 1:10 PM. Kayla was already ten minutes late, and the pink-haired journalist was quickly becoming impatient.

He had finished half his drink before someone finally stood at his table. Kennedy almost told the woman he wasn’t interested in whatever she was offering until he gave her a second look. It was Kayla.

The transformed man parted his lips in awe at the sight of the heavily made-up Jersey girl staring at him with a scowl on her face. She was wearing a slinky PVC leopard-print minidress, which pushed her impressive breasts up so high that they looked like true pieces of plastic perfection. The lower hem of her dress reached her midthigh, and black fishnet stockings adorned the remainder of her legs, finishing off with a pair of black 5” stiletto pumps with a glossy leopard print front.

The thin straps of her dress connected to a black collar lined with gold jewels, and her ears were decorated by expensive-looking solid gold S-shaped earrings. Her glossy, bright red lips looked noticeably plumper than Kennedy remembered, and her beautiful blue eyes were accentuated by the dark, heavy makeup surrounding them.

Perhaps most unusual was the leopard print headband holding her platinum blond wavy locks in place. The headband had two black cat ears perched on top, giving Kayla a slutty Halloween costume feel to her look.

“Uhmm, you look, ugh, ni-” Kennedy stammered.

“Don’t! Just, don’t,” Kayla responded, taking a seat. She summoned the waitress over and ordered a black coffee. She slipped the cat ears off and slammed them on the table. Something was clearly bothering her.

There was an awkward pause for a moment. Kennedy parted his lips to speak when Kayla interrupted. “Alex has been fucking let out!”

It still felt strange for Kennedy to hear his previously soft-spoken ex-girlfriend cuss in such a crude manner, but everything about her was surreal these days. “Who?” Kennedy was confused.

“Alex fucking Russo,” Kayla clarified. “The piece of shit I put in the slammer with his dumbass brother. They found some schmuck to take the fall for him, and now he’s out and running free.”

Kennedy gasped. “Like, oh em gee, I’m like so sorry,” he said. He placed a hand on Kayla’s, which she immediately pulled away. As Kayla yanked her hand away, Kennedy noticed the large rock on the ring finger of her left hand.

“How can anyone take you seriously talking like a dumb bitch?” Kayla snapped. “I don’t need your pity. But there’s some things you need to know about.”

Kennedy’s eyes lingered on the sparkling diamond-encrusted ring on his ex-girlfriend’s finger. She ignored him and continued speaking. “Like, somebody spilled the beans about my dumb conditioning. I don’t think he knows I was the one who took him down yet, or else I’d be six feet under by now, ya know?” Kayla was clearly worried.

Kennedy bit his plump, pink lower lip. “So, like, what does he know?”

Kayla narrowed her eyes. “Hell if I know,” she responded. “Whoever told him about my conditioning might know all about me. Hell, he might know all about you. We gotta keep our wits about us and play this right.”

Kennedy swallowed nervously before timidly taking another sip of his drink. If Kayla was right, this entire investigation had just gotten a whole lot more dangerous for both of them. “Like, what’s our next move?” Kennedy asked with his sweet valley girl accent.

Kayla took the fresh mug of coffee the waitress had sat on the table and took a long drink. “If Alex suspects me of being undercover, it’s best we don’t meet like this again. If the asshole sees us both together often, he might start connecting the dots. We don’t want him asking the pink-haired bimbo too many questions.” Kayla taunted her ex.

“And the ring?” Kennedy couldn’t resist asking the question any longer.

Kayla groaned before covering the expensive ring with her other hand. “That son of a bitch has been making the most of my conditioning.” She remarked. “He thinks I love him, and he finds it funny watching me do whatever he suggests.” She groaned. “He hasn’t left me alone for three days. He took me to an expensive salon. I got my fucking lips plumped for him. We spent all day yesterday shopping for the most outrageous, whorish outfits. Last night at dinner, he proposed to me, and I couldn’t find any damn way to say no. That piece of shit.”

Kennedy gasped. This was a lot to take. Did the FBI never test their inventions before sending their agents out on the field? This conditioning was dangerous. “You totally can’t marry him,” Kennedy almost sounded like a jealous boyfriend if he wasn’t speaking in a cute, vapid dialect. We need to, like, totally put him back inside before it’s too late.”

Kayla rolled her eyes. “Well, you better get to work, you dumb little tramp.” The Jersey girl insulted the undercover journalist. “Now, Alex has invited the family round to announce our engagement. We can’t be seen walking in together, so take ten minutes before heading back to the house.” Kayla sounded serious, contrasting her look as she placed the cat ears headband back on her blond-haired head.

Kayla turned and tottered out of the coffee shop. Kennedy noticed the extra sway in her hips as she walked away. He bit his plump lower lip. Everything had just been made a lot more complicated.

Kennedy followed Kayla’s direction and waited ten minutes before asking for the check and starting the familiar short walk to the Russo manor.

Back at the house, Kennedy heard a small crowd chatting in the dining room. He took a deep breath and sauntered towards the noise. He wore a sexy backless baby blue minidress with matching blue 3” kitten heels.

The pink-haired undercover witness felt nervous when he noticed the entire family gathered in the room, with a celebratory auror in the air. His boss, Dominic, had his daughter sitting on his shoulder while he spoke with his mother, Maria. Beside the door separating the dining room and the kitchen, the intimidating Vincent Russo was chatting with a man Kennedy had only seen in photos. The short man had a full head of black hair and tattoos running down both sides of his neck. He had a cigar in his mouth and scanned the room intently as though he was constantly looking for potential dangers. Vincent noticed Kennedy entering the room and gave him a sly grin, instantly reminding the pink-haired bimbo of the butt plug nestled between his ass cheeks.

Finally, Alex Russo and Kayla were chatting with two family friends. Alex possessively had his arm around Kennedy’s ex-girlfriend’s waist and gently caressed her ass. Kennedy instantly felt a little jealousy well up inside him. Once the two friends had left, Alex noticed the beautiful woman standing in the doorway and led his new fiance over to her.

“Well, well, who is this beauty?” Alex confidently asked, arrogantly staring Kennedy up and down.

The journalist opened his mouth to reply but was cut short when Kayla answered for him. “This is your brother’s new bimbo nanny, Suzie.” There was something cold about the way Kayla spoke. “She’s from California and a total ditz. You won’t get too many great fucking conversations outta her,” Kayla grinned as she openly insulted her ex.

“Now, now,” Alex said, turning his head to his beautiful bride-to-be. “There is no need to be rude, Kayla. I think you should apologize to our newest employee.” He stared into her eyes to show her that he wasn’t joking.

“I-” Kayla started before Alex gently scratched an area behind her ear. “Meow, mmeeowwww!” She mewled out like a cat before purring. Her eyes widened before she glared at the grinning man.

Kennedy struggled not to laugh as his ex-girlfriend meowed like a real-life kitten. Had Alex installed that trigger with her conditioning? The thought was both hilarious and terrifying in equal measure.

“Mmm, you make just as good a pet as you would make my bride,” Alex teased his blond fiance. “I love your fiery attitude, but we have to work on your behavior in public.” He winked at her before focusing on the busty pink-haired beauty before him. “Hi, I’m Alex,” he introduced himself and held out a welcoming hand.

Kennedy tentatively took his hand, and Alex pulled him in and kissed the undercover witness on both cheeks. “Like, totally nice to meet you, Alex. I’m Suzie. I totally look after Abby.” Kennedy would have thought he’d have gotten used to talking like a dumb bimbo by now, but speaking so vapidly in front of another man felt incredibly emasculating.

Alex grinned, squeezing his fiance’s ass once more. “Well, aren’t you adorable? Are you single? I think you’d be a great match for my twin brother,” he asked. “Once we spring him from jail, that is.”

Kennedy nervously giggled and twirled a strand of loose candy pink hair. He didn’t want to say anything that would be taken the wrong way and end up in the same situation as Kayla.

“There you are,” Kennedy felt a hand rest on his shoulder, and his ‘boss’, Dominic, stood beside him.

Abby stood in front of the busty, transformed man and tugged his hand. “Come, Suzie. Let’s go play in my room again,” she said enthusiastically. Kennedy internally sighed. He hated children, and this little girl was doing nothing to change his mind. Despite his annoyance, the smile on his pretty face never dropped.

Kennedy was about to reluctantly give in to his charge’s request when Dominic suddenly stood in to save him. “Abby, not now. Suzie is having a little bit of grown-up time right now.” Abby gave her father a petulant, sulking expression. “But-” She tried to argue, but Dominic glared seriously towards her. “Go play in your room.” He ordered, and the six-year-old hesitantly obeyed.

Once his daughter had left the room, Dominic addressed the recently engaged couple. “Congratulations, brother,” he remarked, shaking his younger brother’s hand. “And thank you for making him an honest man,” Dominic said to Kayla, hugging her. Kennedy noticed Alex’s sly grin following his brother’s comment.

Dominic turned back to Kennedy. “I’m heading out for a drink with the guys. Would you like to tag along and take a break from kids?” He asked the scantily clad nanny.

Kennedy softly bit his lower lip. Why wouldn’t these people just leave him alone? He knew Dominic could take it the wrong way if he turned down the offer, and he couldn’t think of a good excuse to get out of it, so he nodded his feminized head. “Totally,” Kennedy replied.

Dominic’s smile grew wider, and he clapped his hands. “Great, just let me go put a shirt on, and we’ll head out. You can wait in the car if you like.” Kennedy nodded, and the Russo heir left to get dressed.

Kennedy began to leave the room shortly after when he paused. Something had caught his attention in the open doorway leading to the kitchen. He noticed a woman dressed up as a French maid, but her outfit was outrageous.

She wore a black latex maid dress with white trimmings on the arms and hem and a white apron tied around the front. She was perched on a pair of glossy black 10” ballet boots, which forced her toes en pointe to the extreme. Ceremonial padlocks were attached to each buckle. White latex stockings peaked between the top of her boots and the hem of her short dress. The mysterious woman wore elbow-length white latex gloves, and a set of cuffs were attached to her upper arms, connected by a short chain, limiting her arm movement.

A thick, black leather posture collar wrapped around the maid’s neck. Her head was encased in a full face, thick black rubber hood, with a bright red ponytail protruding from the top. Finally, a large white ball gag was forced inside the maid’s mouth. The woman was completely anonymous, but Kennedy had seen those eyes plenty of times before. He knew who they belonged to. The entire world thought Alyssa Scaletti was dead after she betrayed her criminal boss, but her fate ended up becoming much worse, Kennedy thought to himself.

“Suzie, are you ready?” Dominic’s voice brought Kennedy back to reality. He thought being buried six feet under was his worst-case scenario entering this mission, but now he realized there were far more terrible fates than death.

“Coming,” he sweetly replied before following his boss’ voice.

Dominic told Kennedy the bar was a short fifteen-minute drive away, and the pink-haired undercover journalist sat quietly in the passenger seat. The young Russo kept attempting to drum up small talk. Still, Kennedy kept his answers brief, terrified at what effect his words might have after seeing the results of Kayla’s conditioning.

Halfway through the journey, Dominic’s phone began ringing. The driver initially placed the call on speakerphone but quickly turned off the speaker and brought the phone to his ear when he heard the voice on the other end.

“What’s going on?” Dominic said to the mysterious man on the other end of the line. “What? Fuck. Is he still there?” His entire demeanor had changed. “Good. Keep him there. I need to chat with him.”

Dominic hung up and performed a wild U-turn in the middle of the road. “Sorry, doll. We gotta take a detour.” He said to Kennedy. “Don’t worry, this won’t take long.” Kennedy didn’t dare ask questions; he knew they wouldn’t be received well.

Five minutes later, they pulled up outside Ruby Heights, a cheap, trashy strip club a few miles from the Boardwalk. It was one of many adult entertainment venues under the control of the Russo family.

“Stay put, babe,” Dominic instructed his companion. “I won’t be long.” Kennedy simply nodded before the eldest Russo son left the car to deal with whatever problems he faced in the club. Kennedy wanted to follow the man, but he was told to stay in the car, so he did.

As he absently stared ahead, an illuminated screen caught his attention. Sitting on the driver’s seat was Dominic’s phone, and the careless man had left it unlocked. The undercover journalist nervously scanned the scene around him before cautiously picking up the phone.

A strange, obscure messaging app was loaded on the phone, and Dominic had an unread message from ‘Tony’. Kennedy could only imagine that Tony was Antonio Costa, Vincent’s second-in-command and lead enforcer. Tentatively, the pink-haired transformed man loaded the message.

>Package due tomoz eve 8PM. AC Port. Bay 12. Consignment biggest on EC. Msg set for 15s.

Kennedy gasped. Was this a drug drop? He knew the Russos were involved in all manners of criminal enterprises, but he had never suspected them of drug smuggling, and evidently, neither did the FBI. He quickly snapped a photo of the message with his phone, and after 15 seconds, the message inexplicably disappeared.

Kennedy bit his lip nervously as he realized his mistake. The app allowed self-destructing messages after they’d been read, and he had just accidentally deleted a crucial message before his boss had read it. He promptly locked the phone and placed it back on the driver’s seat.

Ten minutes later, Dominic opened the door and sat back in his seat, curiously picking up his phone and slipping it back into his pocket. Kennedy noticed numerous specks of drying blood on the Russo son’s knuckles but decided to stay quiet. “Sorry about that,” Dominic smiled at the undercover witness. “Everything’s taken care of. Let’s have a little fun.” He said before revving the engine of his sports car and driving off towards the bar.

Kennedy followed his fake boss into the trendy bar. It was only midday, so the place was pretty empty. Still, a small group was already seated in a corner booth, and Kennedy recognized them. Dominic waved his hand and approached the trio: Duke, Charisma, and Chad.

Dominic walked past a waitress and ordered a beer and a cocktail before leading his nanny to the group. The three stood up and greeted Dominic and Kennedy, with Duke holding his hug a little too long, making Kennedy extremely uncomfortable.

“You look mighty fine today,” the tanned red-haired man said, leering at Kennedy just like he had the first time they met. “Come, take a seat beside me.” Before the feminized man could respond, he found himself seated in the booth next to the well-built young man.

Dominic slid in next to Duke, and the waitress approached with the two fresh drinks. Kennedy’s drink was bright blue, and before he asked what it was, the waitress informed him that it was a blue margarita, the house special.

“So when are you jumping ship to one of our clubs, Charisma?” Dominic commented, addressing the scantily-clad redheaded woman who sat opposite him. Charisma wore a vinyl purple string bikini top and a matching purple microskirt. The skirt did nothing to protect her modesty, but the purple g-string kept her pussy covered. Her huge, pouting lips were unashamedly pained a glossy purple.

Charisma sipped her drink before grinning and leaning into her jock boyfriend. “When you guys offer me what I’m worth.” Her comment elicited a chuckle from the Russo son.

A couple of drinks in, Dominic was standing at the bar with Charisma and Chad, leaving Kennedy alone in the booth with the ever-persistent Duke. “You know, you’re really pretty,” Kennedy was sick of hearing the onslaught of compliments, but whenever his instincts told him to roll his eyes, a voice in his head told him he should flirt in order to keep his cover. The undercover journalist had no idea why he needed to flirt to protect his mission and believed his conditioning was going rogue. Still, the suggestions were too strong to ignore, and he found himself absently twirling his hair and giggling at the man’s unfunny comments.

“I think you and I would make a great couple,” he remarked. Duke’s words had begun to slur, indicating that he had drank one too many.

“Uh uh,” Kennedy found himself responding. As much as he wanted to push the drunk, arrogant man away from him, he couldn’t quite control himself. “You think so?”

Duke grinned widely at Kennedy’s response. “Oh yes, I think we’d be a hell of a power couple.” The twin was laying it on thick.

The pink-haired feminized man flirtatiously tucked a strand of hair behind his ear, deciding to stay silent rather than say something he would regret later.

“How about we get out of here and take a little walk?” Duke suggested, his arm around Kennedy’s waist squeezing even tighter.

“Uhmm,” Kennedy’s eyes widened. He didn’t want to leave his boss’ protection, but he already knew what his programming had planned. “Umm, okies. Just for, like, a little bit.”

Duke’s smile grew wider. “I love that accent. You’re adorable!” He exclaimed. That made one of them. Talking in front of Duke reminded Kennedy just how humiliating his situation was. Duke was a real man’s man, almost as masculine as his sister’s boyfriend, and Kennedy was trapped as a vapid, bubbly, pink-obsessed bimbo. “Right, let’s go.”

Duke didn’t even give the busty valley girl a chance to let her boss know where she was going, ushering her out of the bar.

Kennedy had no idea how long they had been drinking, but the sun had already set, and the air had turned slightly chilly. Duke noticed Kennedy rubbing his bare arms for warmth and embraced his ‘date’ closer as they walked. The click-clacking of Kennedy’s 3” heels could be heard along the quiet sidewalk, a constant reminder of Kennedy’s new femininity.

They turned onto the boardwalk when Duke spoke again. “I’m glad you agreed to come with me,” he remarked, squeezing Kennedy even closer towards him. “I have a little surprise I’ve prepared for you.”

Kennedy raised an eyebrow. He hated surprises and had a feeling he wasn’t going to enjoy this one. Duke laughed at his date’s reaction and guided the feminized man along the boardwalk and slowly towards his surprise.
