This is a world that is pretty much like our own. The way politics and culture has developed and gone is just like ours. The political and culture wars are the same as well. Like our world the forces that attack the LGBTQ+ are using sideways laws to both take down sites that help these marginalized peoples and bank shot the banning of porn sites. So that is the foundation for the CURSE. I don’t know if anyone that reads my stuff are writers as well, but if like me you get an idea for this world I want to say feel free to jump in and write a transformation.

The rules would loosely be:

It has to be a Hypocrite. The person has to be out there on Main Street in some way attacking sex workers and those that are attacked through the attacks on porn. They didn’t have to be the writers of the law or be a politician that voted for it. They just need to be a person that attacks these people and then goes and goons to the fetish of these people online.

The magic is wild. It opens itself up to random transformations. It can be a gender change, maybe mental changes, it just has to be a change that takes these hypocrites and places them squarely in the hypocrisy. The magic is not alive, but I will explain that next.

In many cultures there are beliefs that spoken words become alive. They form in some spiritual essence. Raveena’s words came alive in this way. It is not like a predator stalking the world. So it has no real mind, but it has the essence that holds the intent to punish under the parameters of her anger and prayers to the forces of magic.

Raveena is of a modest body. She is gothic, but not heavy. She can blend into society without raising any eyebrows, but those that know, well, they can figure her out as a practitioner of magic.
