I read the preliminary report.
Using bright-field microscopy, intact spermatozoa were not identified. Sperm fragments were not identified. This may be due to the age of the specimen. Vaginal swabs from the posterior and anterior fornix and vestibule were collected. Vaginal epithelial cells in the mixture were lysed with proteinase K and sodium dodecyl sulfate and a detergent. Sperm cells remaining in the solution were centrifuged and then lysed with a buffer containing proteinase K, SDS and dithiothreitol (DTT) as reducing agent. Both fractions were then purified separately with phenol/chloroform/isoamyl alcohol. The CRISP-2 PLiRT-PCR assay was performed on these samples. Results pending.
So, what does this mean?
Preliminary results are negative. Why were no sperm detected? I saw him on Thursday, the 2nd, the day before the forensic test for sperm. If we were having sex, sperm would have been detected. Either that or he got smart and was not having sex with me. Or he was wearing a condom. Or most likely of all, we are NOT having sex! Angela is where the suspicion should fall.
Although I now want confirmation, I am beginning to think this is being blown out of proportion. Just because Angela says it happened does not mean it really happened. I sincerely hope she is not making this shit up. If she is implanting memories… memories that could lead to the ruination of an innocent man, I will be furious with her.
