Prompt: "Compliments"

Now you know you're pretty.

"Wow, you look so pretty like this !"

The bubbly girl with no name adjusts my skirt. It makes me look pretty.

"After I saw you walking in the street like that, all gloomy, I really wanted to help you see it ! You didn't believe me at first !"

It was true. She told me I was pretty. I didn't believe her.

"And now." She closes the glass door, locks it. I see myself in it.

"Now you know you're pretty, right ?"

I see me. I do. I'm pretty.

"I can see it on your face. That's great ! You know what ?"

No. What ? I want to know what !

"Now, you'll show everyone how pretty you are ! Isn't that great ?"

It is ! I'm pretty.

"I'm so glad you like it." She takes a few steps away from the glass.

I see her looking at me, and it makes me feel even prettier.

"Well, I'll leave you there to enjoy it then ! See you !"

She leaves, taking my shirt and bra with her.

I'm pretty.

People walk past me. They look at me. It makes me tingle all over.

I'm pretty.

I stay still in the glass box.

I'm pretty.

Note:

In case you're wondering... People being "lured into" either exhibitionism or just being a toy passed around is going to come up fairly often in these short fictions. It was actually one of the ways that I figured out I was into that whole thing (around the third or fourth time it happened, I went "hey that's a plot I'm starting to write often innit ?" Fun stuff !).

The plot itself, with the glass box, is something that AFAIK wasn't directly inspired by anything.

While there is no direct reference for it, the antagonist (called Julie in my head, though obviously not in the story) has a chaotic energy partially inspired by some of HypnoticHarlequin's work, though pointing out one story specifically would be difficult.
