Prompt: "Patience" (unofficial answers)

Training

The door opened. A woman was standing on the other side, looking at me with a cocky smile.

"So, how was your lesson ?"

I understood the words.

"Hmm." Her smirk turned into a frown. "Let's see... "New orders : Keep standing still. Keep not thinking. When somebody talk to you, answer. So, did you learn anything ?"

"No." My lips answered unbidden.

"No ? Wha..." Her frown got frownier. "Why ?"

"I can't think."

"Huh. That's..." She blinked a few times. "Not what I wanted."

A few seconds passed, with her staring at me.

"Change of orders : You keep standing still, and keep not talking unless someone asks you something. But you will think again, and be able to feel the time go by."

My thoughts rushed back. I could feel the slight ache in my legs, testament to the time I must have stood there. It looked like Mistress was still trying to train me. In my opinion, she wasn't very good at that. All stick and no carrot.

"Better. I can see that spark in your eyes." She stroked my cheek. "Well, I think we'll have to stand another hour in there."

"Maybe, after that, you'll have learned how to be patient."

Trigger discipline

"Can you try it now ?"

Tiffany was slumped on the couch, right beside me. I smiled at her.

"Can you wait a bit more ?"

"No !" She bit her lip. "I mean, I can wait... But you promised me, almost a week ago !"

I chuckled. "I did, didn't I ?"

"Yes you did ! I really want to try the trigger !"

"Well, then." I sighed dramatically. "I guess I have to tell you to sleep for me, sleepy girl."

Tiffany's head and phone dropped at the same time.

"Very good, sleepy girl. And now, repeat after me.

"Each time I hear sleep for me, sleepy girl, I'll drop right back into trance." I could hear her mumble the words back at me.

"Each time I drop back into trance, I listen to your words." I shuffled towards her, putting her head on my lap.

"Each time I listen to your words, I become a sleepy girl." I stroked her hair. She sighed, then repeated the words.

"And when I'm a sleepy girl, I forget you ever used the trigger." My hands slipped under her panties, small strokes helping the programming along.

"Very good, sleepy girl. Now, let me tell you some more things."

And here you go, two exclusive short fictions just for you !

The second fiction was vaguely inspired from "storing people in closets", an idea I got from an en-passant piece of dialog in Madam Kistulot's Gift of the Sorceress, and which stuck with me ever since !

I don't recall what inspired me for the third idea, and sadly I didn't take notes for it.

Now, as you might find later, some ideas similar to these ended up in other short fictions down the line. Well, this might end up being true for most of these short fictions because you can't always be truly innovative, but that third one ended up more or less finding its way into December's prompt Reunion.
